Lexi follows, she wears no disguise and bears no motive, but the tavern had quietened down and she was always up for a stake-out. As she walked along with them (using some trees and rocks as cover) she pondered over whom she could be next. There were so many thoughts flicking through her head and so many possibilities calling to her that she almost felt dizzy and fell into a lake... Luckily, she managed to narrowly avoid the incredible embarrassment that could have bought upon her.
It was the first time for a long while that she had risked her true face being exposed like this, but honestly, she liked being able to just forget about her appearance for a change, she enjoyed just being herself even just for a few minutes. But then she realised, when people see her eyes... Do they even recognise her? Have her years of impersonation bred the death of her identity? If someone were to see her now, who's to say they wouldn't just think her another character, created by the resident doppelgänger of the ninja world... She saw how the men embraced each other, how they thought back and reminisced about times better than these. And realised that she could never have that bond. Not with anyone... Well, apart from Liliana of course, no matter the disguise she always recognised her.
A new thought... To those who recognise her, do they become tired of her changing... To they ever just wish they could speak to Lexi? Ever wonder who it is they really talk too? As Jio finally gets around the lands he for so long searched for, he stumbled across a tavern he was once told about. Last time he was in Ancrath, his old 'mentor' had promised him something, yet he never got around to it. The king of Ancrath had promised the young Jio several islands, a fortune and even more power... Jio would rule over half of his massive army, be entitled to a great portion of his riches and was low key named the heir to his throne. Through Jio's travels he had lost contact with the king of Ancrath, haven't heard a whisper from him. It was odd, seeing as the man typically was always somewhere pretty noticeable, though around the last year or so, he was like a ghost.
Hmm.. Guess I'll start here..
As Jio muttered the words to himself, he grabbed the hood of his nekura cloak and slung it over his half white half black hair. The hood obscured the view of others, masking his identity bar the white lock of hair hanging from the right side of his face and the black lock hanging from the left... With this done, Jio tucked his hands into his pockets and approached the doors of a tavern that seemed pretty lively.. Maybe he'd find what he wants in this place...
Jio casually walked into the doors, scanning the area in one quick glance. Taking in all the information of the area and reading all faces in sight with just that simple glance, Jio took a few more steps whilst peeping out a small, two-man table in the back left corner.. He swiftly decided that's where he'd scope this place out at.... He soon made his way over that way, seating himself in the further chair near the wall, thus having his back facing a wall and him facing the entire tavern. It was a perfect area to just sit back and collect info on the strangers around, but Jio hoped to get what he needed in a small amount of time. His patience was thin nowadays...
While strolling with his senpai, Souji put his hands behind his head, the typical stretch and casual walking pose, emulating many of his favorite characters from mangas he read.
He couldn't shake the inkling feeling that they were being followed, though. Whether this was a result of shinobi reactionary instict or a genuine sense of paranoia, he would never know.

As a precautionary measure, Souji closed his eyes an concentrated. The two men had stopped their stroll and were standing in the middle of the path.
Veins encroached around his temples, and Souji opened his eyes, their trademark grey becoming a lighter shade bordering on white.

One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Byakugan is the kekkei genkai of the Hyuga clan. Bearers of this Dõjutsu have almost featureless white eyes. When the Byakugan is activated, the user's pupils become more distinct, and the veins near their temples bulge as the blood flow to their eyes is increased. While having the Byakugan deactivated, Hyuga ninjas have a normal eyesight and no special addition to their vision. While low rank Hyugas will need to perform a sequence of hand seals ( Horse → Tiger with lifting just index fingers → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Snake with the right index finger lifted straight up) to activate their Byakugan, Hyuga masters will be able to do so without the need for any hand seals and even have it active passively for long periods of time. Once activated, the user gains access to all of the abilities the Byakugan bestows upon them. While, like other Dojutsu, its main ability is to see chakra and the chakra flow in sentient beings, the Byakugan adds a complete new detail and dimension to that ability. The user can not only see chakra and the chakra flow, but also the circulatory system and even the 361 tenketsu. Added to this ability, once activated the Byakugan grants the user a near perfect field of vision 360º around himself (up to long-range if he's a master). This field of vision has only one blind spot, slightly above the 3rd thoracic vertebrae and facing backwards but enables the user to actually even see his own chakra circulatory system and chakra flow, which explains why all Hyuugas are so adept and masterfull of precise chakra control. The last ability the Byakugan has is the ability to zoom in and out, focusing on specific things, piercing beyond matter and energy alike, as well as chakra. This specific ability allows the user to see pass most barriers as well as physical matter (like rock walls, ground, etc) but also energy, being able to focus beyond chakra that might be in front of them or other energies. The zooming ability is enhanced as the user becomes more adept at using his eyes and can even reach distances above 20kms away. Some Hyugas have shown a great awareness regarding agressiveness as well as killing intent, detecting such intentions and emotions from others with more ease than most.
Note: Activation spends a move from the users own move count but once the user reaches Sannin Rank and has gained mastery over Gentle Fist for 1 month, he can activate it passively without spending a move. Because of its low chakra cost to maintain, the user can keep it active throughout the whole fight as long as he has chakra and stamina to do so.
Note: Genjutsu that requires Eye Contact when used against a Byakugan user requires direct eye contact between enemy pupil and user's pupil

There. Behind a rock. A new chakra signature. Someone was indeed following them. It was dark and the moon was out, so visibility wasn't optimal. Souji noted this person's smarts... why sneak up on a group of shinobi in broad daylight? That was stupid. The cover of night was a better idea.
"I don't hear anyone, senpai... but I see them."
His near-omnidirectional vision gave Souji a new perception of the world. Truly, he could see past the lies and illusions people presented to each other. If anything, he was thankful for this gift, which was the great equalizer amongst shinobi. Souji was an honest guy. He hated deception, lies... having experienced too much of it in his own childhood. Unfortunately, the very nature of their world forced such measures to be taken.
However, now wasn't the time to muse about the Ninja World's state of affairs. Pivoting on his foot to rotate his body at a southwest bearing from his original direction of walking, Souji walked off the beaten path, allowing his eyes to guide the way. He made a silent gesture to give Lancer senpai the choice of following him or staying behind, in case anything happened.
Pushing away bushes and foliage, Souji came up to a relatively nondescript rock. Analyzing it with his telescopic vision and xray, Souji saw the huddled figure of what appeared to be a female.
Cautiously walking over to the other side, Souji came up from behind her, employing his own stealth training, leaving it up to her own ability to whether or not he would be detected.
What Souji found was indeed quite interesting.
The moon cast a white ray of light over the shadowed figure of the girl, accentuating and highlighting her facial features. She admittedly looked quite good under this light.
Composing himself to prevent his gawking, Souji wondered for a moment what her intentions were. Malaise? Secret admiring? Stalking?
Well, better to find out directly than to keep guessing.
Clearing his throat from behind her, he leaned against the rock formation informally and spoke.
"Hello there. How are you this fine evening?"

Having been interrupted by Lancer senpai, Souji bit down and sucked it up. He was totally ready to see who it was, though.
Turns out it was a girl... why? Why did she follow them out here? Her last statements and few words piqued his curiosity... but Lancer senpai was being pretty assertive at directing them away from her.
Shaking his head, Souji instead allowed the girl's chakra signature to become committed to his memory. Each shinobi had a unique one. Hers was... curious, to say the least. He would find her later in the Tavern. That was his next course of action.
Deactivating his Byakugan and resuming his stroll with his senpai, Souji turned to Lancer.
"Well, that was kind of weird. We should have confronted her... at least, not in a belligerent way. She looked like she was the one following us."
Jio still sits in his dark corner, green (right) and red (left) eyes glowing from within the darkness as he still watches the very little activity that was going on. He stayed quiet as possible in order to eavesdrop on any and all conversations that were in his vicinity...
Pls Souji, a lot of people say animals are dangerous. A lot of people say us fellow men are dangerous. A lot claim greed and power can be dangerous. However I can only find one other species worse then all of that combined <_<..........women.

Souji chuckled a little. He's reminded of a good friend of his back in Konoha... always being so uptight and disciplined... she was kind of scary, too, especially when she got angry. He found this out the hard way, one too many times.
"I suppose it depends on the woman, too. HA!"
"Ragna was here? I didn't see him, damn..." Souji is reminded of his fellow Konoha shinobi, known as the 'Blood Edge', an up-and-coming smoke user.
Walking inside the Dawn tavern Kakashi stands by the door and scans the tavern for people he knows. Luckily he finds his fellow konoha nin Souji, who was also his Senpai, chatting with Noni, his other senpai. Kakashi walks towards them with a smile on his face, covered by his mask.
