[Neutral RP Thread] The Dawn Tavern

[Igneel]

Wow, rude. First of all, either you learn to be nice, or you get kicked out of the tavern. Second of all.

She approaches closer, and whispers

If you want to place a bounty on someone, I can get you sorted out

She then raises a finger to the man's lip's, without touching them, before placing the fingers on her own, gesturing "shush" with her mouth, and rubbing the index and and thumb finger of the other hand, signifying money.

The figure smirks at the words of bella,"I didn't come here to make friends" He reaches in his cloak and takes out a scroll and clenches it in his fist,"Bounty? Are you trying to deprive me the fun of killing one's prey?".Controlling his urge to stick a kunai down the throat of bella, the hooded man continues to speak "Where is Kakuzu,my old partner?"

[Twilight]

Shun hears the conversation of bella and the guy in cloak then he approaches them kakuzu you say?

[Mirai]

Melly and Nelly simply sitt and wait for a reply from a waiter/waitress

(Sakki) - Killing Intent

Spoiler

Rank: D - S
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: N/A
Description: Killing Intent pertains to the ability of the user giving off their pure killing intention and having it affect their opponent and others around them up to the point of paralyzing them. When the Killing Intent is particularly strong, it can even give the victim visions of their own gruesome death, nausea, pain, etc. This can cause the Killing Intent to be confused with a genjutsu, despite not being a genjutsu at all; simply a showcase of intention and power. The target will feel as if facing an overwhelming enemy and, even if not a sensor, will suddenly feel the pressure of the users chakra and its magnitude, making the effect that much more dramatic. To effectively be used, the user needs to focus on his target and concentrate on the killing intent towards it, meaning that one must see the target and be focused on it. The strength of the Killing Intent is dependent on many factors and go through several levels. If a difference in rank smaller than 2 ranks exist, the enemy will feel only the pressure and the ominous presence of their dark intentions. Its enough to lose your grasp on a weapon or stay clinched to it (depending on the situation) or even to hesitate in an attack, stumble or mess up a handseal, all depending on the situation and proximity. The effect is small and normally not that significant but can be effectively used to pressure enemies into making a mistake. If a difference of 2 ranks or more exist, the enemy will be frozen, almost unable to move as the overwhelming killing intent dominates their own conscious and riddles them with nightmarish versions of death. The paralyzation gradually weakens as time passes and can only be maintained while the user is focused on the target. The further away the target, the weaker it is and it can only fully paralyze a target within short range. Similarly, the more targets one focuses on, the weaker the effect is in each one (divinding the effects equally between the number of targets). Lastly, the stronger the user is in relation to the target, the stronger the effect will be. The target can counter Killing Intent directed at it through pain, "mind cleansing" techniques or their own Killing Intent.
Note: Intensity of technique depends on the rank of the user, distance to target and number of targets one is focusing on
Note: Can only be used once
Note: Lasts only while the user is focusing on it and while focusing on it the user can't mold chakra

Growing impatient, the figure leaves the tavern and heads back home

As Snake began to walk off, his body froze as the woman questioned him, shocked by her sudden appearance. gathering himself he casually turned facing her & began to walk back toward his seat.

Snake: I hear you offer more than beverages here?.. I am looking for some information & I was wondering if you would be of any assistance?

Raiden had slightly tilted his head over toward their direction, in an attempt to glimpse the woman's appearance, yet a failed one due to her position only catching her hair. He once again faced forward, his head still leaning against his palm & continuing to tap against the counter, looking toward the wall as if lost in his own thoughts.

Raiden: "..."

[Twilight]

As shun sees the vision of a gruesome death, he was paralyzed and was shaking slowly and as the guy in the cloak turned away, shun regain consciousness and moves back knowing the guy in cloak was a very strong ninja Were you trying to kill me with those illusions, i was just trying to give you some information about the kakuzu i know. "Can I get a drink around here!?"

Then shun he walks over to the new comer, hey mate what brings you

Hmmm? (Who da hell is dis guy?). You dont get out much do you? If I was drunk I might have killed you for the sport.*laughs loudly then spits on ground* Well if you must know have you seen one of the seven swordsman of the mist? I've been searching for them, thought they might be here. I already killed a Zabuza so now I'm just go down the list; anyway have you seen em.

[Twilight]

*A hooded figure walks into the tavern, looking around as if she was searching for someone. She walks up to an empty table, but doesn't take a seat. She simply leans on it and folds her arms, observing the tavern and it's customers*

"Quite empty for such a place..." *She speaks to herself in a calm tone*

[The Mockingjay]

Shortly after the previous girl, a second enters, surrounded by smoke... Though not for dramatic effect, it was from the use of Henge no jutsu, changing her attire to one she felt more appropriate in these circumstances. As the door opens and the smoke clears, anyone in the taverns eyes would take a minute to adjust as the blazing sunlight enters through the now open door, in its path a silhouette. Swinging shut, the shadows of the closing door gradually reveal the details of her appearance, and standing before the tavern is a masked girl with the face of a cat and long red hair, two pig-tails hang low, one over each of her shoulders.

She stands strong and graceful allowing her purple kimono type attire to flutter in the door produced winds. After a brief pause and scan of the room, she walks toward the bar and sits on a stall nearest the bars end. Her blue eyes meet with those of the people around her one by one she learns their faces and predicts their personalities based upon expression and posture as well as dress sense. Three kunai rest round her green belt, a smaller knife in her right boot. She continues to judge her surroundings until someone decides to approach... If... Someone decides to approach.

*Baffled by the dramatic entrance, the girl did not move a muscle nor did she look in the direction of the near-blinding sunlight that lit the entire tavern momentarily as the doors had opened. She looked straight ahead, and continued to spectate her surroundings by other means*

*As curious as she was, she did not approach the fancy-looking kunoichi. She kept to herself and waited to see if anything would pan out*

[Lili-Chwan]

There's quite a lot of stuff happening behind the scenes inside the tavern. The Akatsuki hideout was filled with mushroom colonies, where Consuella enjoyed creating new recipes for alcohols and other types of food, and the here and there battle-oriented experiments. Emerging from the alcohol fumes, she brushed off her hair and exuded perfume chakra all around her, neutralizing the yeast smells and bring about a pleasant rose and peach flavor, as she rose up the stairs beneath the trapdoor in the kitchen, before showing herself to her costumers.

In a poof of smoke, a masked woman entered. The Isabella inside Consuella stirred. Even concealed, there's always a bond that a sensei and her student share, that doesn't go away despite time or outfit, especially one that mastered the art of Perfume, a nuance so subtle it would require a fellow master to discern.

Oh my, sugar cheeks, that's a great mask. Are you in a mission, or can I get you something to drink?

She says, cheerfully, as she would any other costumer that approaches the counter.

Sitting on her stall, a smile stretches across her face as the woman approaches almost instantly. She knew it would happen, but the speed at which the recognising had occurred was miraculous, it had been some time since the two had last been in each other's presence yet it seemed Isabella had not forgotten her... Not even slightly.

"Heh, I must say I'm impressed. Nothing slips past you does it love."

She looks around the room once more, the slightest pause when her eyes meet her target, nothing anyone would notice, no one but her sensei that is. Turning her gaze back to Isabella, she speaks.

"I am not busy, I'd love to drink with you. What is it you have in this place? Can you believe that after all these years I have never visited your place of work?"

*Not wanting to interfere with whatever business was going on, Sivlagne kept her head down so her hood could cover her face and conceal her identity as she decided to take a little stroll through the tavern*

She smiles. Not the cheerful and over-welcoming Consuella's smile, but Isabella's private and affectionate smile that only a small few ever knew, even if her face was that of Consuella. A lot would remain unsaid, as both kunoichi were, for all effects and purposes, undercover, but there's still a great deal to do under the pretenses of a stranger costumer and an even stranger tavern owner.

Ah, don't mind if I join you then

She said, after hearing her student saying she had no mission, right before her eyes darted someplace else. Years of possessing the sharingan had left their mark, let alone the fact that she was, in fact, her close student. Interesting, she thought, as she picked up an unmarked bottle of sake and two wooden cups.

Sake? Or is there something else you'd like

She said, placing both cups on the counter and picking up the bottle in her hands, while glancing over to towards the woman's target, and back to her.

Dazed from the hit to her face, Nelly simply laid on the ground for several minutes as she shakes her head and comes to common sense. Nelly wakes up to see her sister talking to a stranger, which clearly wasn’t the plan as they were here for a reason after they made their way out of the tavern. To find the Mizukage. Nelly simply kips back up onto her feet and throws the cup tp the side, and walks up to her and grabs her again by ht eneck this time and flings Melly across the tavern.

Melly who didn’t actually see it coming was far too much in heer awe of the cute mask to realize quickly that she is flying to a wall. Cut the useless chit-chat with people Melly…we have mission to take care of…
….Ow….Nelly…ARE YOU TRYING TO BREAK MY BLOODY NECK?!
Look nee-chan…Im sorry…

Nelly eyes start to water as she apologizes to her sister, but what the truth was; Nelly tends to get jealous when her sister diverts her attention to other people. Melly facial expression simply changed to a soft look and grabs her sister into her arms and comfort her. Melly and Nelly then now feeling better, looks around and hopes that she can find the Mizukage, having heard rumors that the Mizukage is supposed to be her. Nelly looks at the new females and walks over to them asking the quiet one a question.

Excuse me, Im wondering if you the Mizukage..? I know its abit blunt to ask like that but we need to find her for a reason…

Nelly asked the lady.
