(Suiton: Suikōtoppa) – Water Release: Water Shark Breakthrough

Strong points

  • This jutsu can be done to damage the opponent coming straight at you
  • you can have a ride if you want to close the distance and possible use another attack preferably a wind or lightning jutsu to maximize the damage output.
Weak points

  • Doton can be used to destroy the shark
  • its going to take a min before you can finish the hand seals and gather you chakra. So basically you'll be wide open for an counter strike
Combinations-strategies Like i said earlier it can be Combined with Wind, Lightning, and it can be combined with Ice release to create an Ice Dragon.

Ways to counter this technique And again you can use Doton you block the attack or use a strong attack to breakthrough it and attack to use.

  • Weakness is that its only short distance
  • Blocked with Doton
Combinations-strategies This jutsu can be used to bring something closer to you, like an opponent, or can simply use it to limit your opponents actions by coiling the whip around them. You can also use Raiton chakra to electrify your opponents.

Ways to counter this technique Make a doton wall, blocking the whip from getting to you.

You forgot to fill out the water needle, yes it was shown by a hyuuga but you can still use it. Kakashi used chidori so it does not mean we need to have a kakashi bio. Fill out the water needle in the template.

Strong points

  • This is a great jutsu since many needles are sent randomly straight at the opponent, this makes evasion for the technique rather difficult for the opponent.
  • Its a projectile based technique, reason why its awesome is right after you send countless needles towards the opponent you can go to the next jutsu for a combo opportunity.
  • Its a very fast technique, not only are the needles small in size and have very little density which makes them launch fast, but their are no hand seals.
Weak points

  • You must have a water source, this limits its ability for use. In short its unusable without a water source.
  • The needles though many and fast, they are light and will not cause much damage if it does come in contact with an opponent.
  • Its a straightforward jutsu, the needles come straight to the opponent, methods for evasion or blocking is simple and can be done with little effort.
Combinations-strategies Since this needles move fast and straight, I would first use a technique to attack the opponent from above. The opponent will have clear vision of the needles so their attention will be towards the needles. So while the opponent is looking at the needles, I would use a lightning jutsu which sends a bolt towards the opponent from above. Not only shocking them but the water with the needles will come in contact leave another shocking pain right after as well being hurt by the sharpness of the needles.

Ways to counter this technique As said the needles move straightforward so they are very easy to predict a simple wall will do the trick, though I recommend sending a earth bullet through them not only overpowering them but head towards the opponent location.

Description: The user After performing the required hand seals Ram → Tiger spits out high-viscosity, chakra infused water, aimed at a surface of wide scope. This is a stream of sticky liquid which can be used to form an adhesive trap that can inhibit a person's mobility. One can effectively reduce their enemy's area of activity with this technique, and has the effect of being able to take complete control over the battlefield. The normal scope of this technique is normally just a few metres, but if prepared, it is also possible to make an entire pond of starch syrup. Being caught in the technique can be avoided by channelling chakra to one's feet allowing one to walk upon it uninhibited, beforehand.

A very good jutsu the user after two hand seals will spew out a very slippery, sticky syrup substance. Its a trap which if a opponent is caught will not be able to move around since their feet will be stuck on the sticky substance. If you use the technique immediately it might just spew a small amount, if you take some time though to spew the syrup it can be a large pond. Its a great combo useful technique. If used correctly you can have complete control of the battlefield and keep opponents pushed back, especially fast opponent. Beforehand though make sure you channel chakra on your feet before you spew the syrup so you can walk on it without restriction.

Did you not learn anything from my previous post?

I expect a sentence for each advantage and disadvantage points, and 2-4 sentences for the combo and counter points. Re do the template with same jutsu. Explain why this is an advantage or disadvantage and show me creative combos. lastly make your counters in a way it counters the jutsu then turn the tables to your advantage.

-That advantage of this jutsu is that it can limit your opponents movement.
- It will naturally be strong against Katon.
- If caught your opponents will be stuck and open for an attack(i.e raiton or another suiton).

Weak points

- Can walk on the Sticky Water by focusing Chakra into our feet
- Like most Water jutsu it is weak against earth jutsu.


Combinations-strategies
It can be combined with Raiton, like most Suiton jutsu in order to electrocute your opponents. It may also be used as a distraction so that the user can quickly follow up with a jutsu that could take time to start up maybe b/c of how many hand signs it need.

Ways to counter this technique
Using Chakra in my Foot as if it was normal water i can walk on it and attack my enemy while they are confused.

For your counter you have to channel chakra into your feet before hand unless you have sensory or dojutsu its not possible try doing a counter which can blow the syrup away like a strong wind jutsu.

(Mizu Bunshin) - Water Release: Water Clone

Description: After performing the Tiger hand seal the user creates a clone of themselves made of water. These water clones have 1/10th of the users chakra. These clones are also limited in that they can only travel short range from the user without losing control. When a water clone take enough damage they revert back to normal water.
Note: Can only perform up to C rank Water techniques and requires a water source.

Okay with one hand seal the user will use a water source to create a exact clone out of themselves, made of water. They can only travel a short distance and can take damage easily until dispersed back into water. This water clone can only perform Water jutsus up to C-Rank. Clones are great for a extra man to take the advantage in number, use combos, and deceive your opponent. The clone is made short range of the user, and the clone acts on the will of the opponent.

-It would feel like a have a partner that can use up to C-rank water jutsu's
-It only requiers one hand seal which means it is fast and also easy to be performed.
-After disappearing I would have water source for other jutsu.

It can only go up to short range.
-There is a problem when using in combination,because it can only go up to short range from you which means you will always need to be in close contact with clone.

Combinations-strategies
One of the combination could be this one:
After making a clone i can use him to use some C-rank water jutsu that can bind opponent for me to use some stronger jutsu and after my clone binds down my opponent i would be able to use hand seals,because my hands wont be occupied,which means i can either use Water Style: Water Shark Bomb

Ways to counter this technique
-Strong fire jutsu to make evaporation therefore the clone is gone and so is the water source

Note: Requires a water source.

Okay with a water source the user will summon a drill from the water, the drill will act to penetrate the opponent and give a serious intense pain. Its a quick jutsu and is performed quick. Right when the user summons it they can go onto the next technique, great for combos. Its great for distractions and attacking from areas the opponent might not expect. The drilling motion does make a sound as well as it being a basic technique easy to anticipate.

-It can be used in combination where you would send little tornadoes but you would first use some other jutsu either to come near your opponent if you are not in a short range or just to make him come towards little tornadoes.
-It deals damage as long as its spinning is active.

Weak points
Can only be used in short range which means that you need to either make your opponent come near you whihc means that he/she will also have oportunity for an attack.
-It needs water source,which means it's power is pretty much useles if you are on terrain where there is no water source.
-It's power can easily be defeated by using earth jutsu towards tornado
-It can't be used in conjection with a lighting jutsu because we are on water source which means that I am going to get hit by lighting at the same time.

Combinations-strategies
Well i can first make tornadoes without my opponent seeing them after doing so I just need to get my opponent on a desired place.(If we are not on a short-range) and I can use it along with any C-rank Raiton jutsu to deal damage.
Ways to counter this technique
I would use Doton jutsu towards tornado so it can't make damage on me or I can use stronger water jutsu to neutralize its power. After that i could used the same attack he just used but combined it with a raiton jutsu

Description: Using the hidden mist jutsu the user reflects the natural light an a way that it blinds there opponent temporarily as long as the opponent is in the mist.
Note: Must have already used hidden mist jutsu

A very effective supplementary jutsu. After you create hidden mist jutsu (D-Rank) the user will will manipulate the mist in a way where it will reflect natural light. The light will shine throughout the mist and blind anyone ahead of the user. That is why it can only extend short-mid, so it does not blind the user. The opponent will be blinded and distracted you can use the open window to send a large streaming attack through the mist to kill the opponent. It moves fast, and the light when set is released instantly. You can only use this with the hidden mist but its fast to perform.

-It can't be used if you didn't already used Hidding in Mist jutsu which means that you will have -1 jutsu for overall 3.
-It also only blinds opponent for some time which means every time you want it to be activated again you will have -1 jutsu for overall 3.
-For every time you want to reuse it takes -3 chakra

Because it will take 2 out of 3 jutsu to perform this one,my 3th jutsu I would use purely to make damage to my opponent.
-I can use it to hide underground and next time my turns comes I can make damage to opponent.

Descripton: This technique allows the user after claping their hands together to make a spiralling vortex of water to form around them out of nowhere in a vortex like manner. The vortex then proceeds to cascade into an wave of water that rampages towards the intended target or all around. The size and power of the technique is dictated by the amount of chakra put into the technique, varying from C-rank to B-Rank.

A very flexible technique, the user will clap their hands together and create a vortex of water around themselves spiraling with great speed. The vortex is nice because it can act as a barrier and then after defending you can send the vortex towards the opponent as a exploding wave that dashes with great speed towards the opponent. After you send the wave it acts to push the opponent back, I like to send lightning towards it to increase potency of attack, it also covers a wide and long range. It can soak the opponent and change the terrain which you can use in your favor. The more chakra you add the stronger it gets as explained in the description. The wave moves fast and loud. Its easy to perform and does not need a water source nor any hand seals.

Perform the technique: I start off by gathering chakra in my stomach and converting into suiton chakra after doing so I clap my hand together creating a vortex of water which is directed on the tree few meters away from me,at first vortex was attacking from top but moving my hands to the right I make him attack a tree from the right which was destroyed in such an attack
Creative uses/strengths:It doesn't need water source and it doesn't need hand seals.By movement of your hands you can direct movement of water source. Combine this with raiton or futon to increase the attack
Drawbacks/counters: It is mostly short range attack and it can only make some damage on your opponent and doesn't have a power within itself to knock down an opponent. It can be counter by any higher ranked suiton jutsu and a Doton

Description: A perception ninjutsu, allowing one to freely manipulate rain infused with the user's own chakra after waving the Bird ? Rat ? Ox ? Monkey ? Rat ? Snake hand seals. The rain falls from rain clouds, formed with the users own chakra. During this technique, the falling raindrops are closely linked to the users senses. When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone the existence of the target can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it.

One of the most useful. After performing the required hand seals the area will begin to rain. The rain happens seconds after you perform the hand seals, the rain will begin to fall. The rain is connected with the users chakra. This allows the user to sense every movement that goes on instantly. Its great for a defense as well as anticipation of attacks. Its one of the best jutsus for defense so I recommend to always set it in the start of the battle. Don't be fool its sensory abilities is nice but you do not sense the opponent mold chakra, it does not go that far. You can though sense projectiles coming towards you since the rain is likely to hit them. Ways to stop this jutsu, is simply blow the clouds away.
