Doesn't Tsunade release a concentrated amount of chakra into her punches? Also a reminder, Neji's most notable attack and defense relies on poses. Tsunade has been shown to mess up one's posture by brutalizing the ground using her immense strength.

What I really think Tsunade needs is panel time on showing off her medical equipment. The equipment seems just as useful to me as her immense strength IMO

Katsuya is part of Tsunade's weaponry, she can use her if she want. IF Tsunade uses Katsuya, Neji is done as well

Tsunade focuses on brute strength and high stamina (exhibited when she was beating the living hell out of orochimaru during her and J-mans fight with Oro) Her medical ninjutsu is superb and her body pathway derangement even stunted someone as smart as a "bookworm" like kabuto for a while ( and even though neji is a jounin he isnt smarter than kabuto) So its safe to assume should her taijutsu should fail for some reason and her speed cant keep up with Neji for another reason she would use aggressive medical ninjutsu like a chakra scapel.
Her Yin seal release and healing abilities ( on herself) are on par with even the firsts healing Tsunades age alone and experience is enough to warrant success but lets look a little deeper

You seem to forget when she used the jutsu one everybody in the entire village and didn't collaps immediately after and she still lived. Do you know what that says? She used the technique on everybody in the village and still lived, now she's refining it to just herself, she can hold that technique for a long time. It's like the shadow clone technique.

Naruto would be able to fight longer if he never used Shadow Clones, Tsunade refines the technique to just herself she can use that technique longer as we've seen her constatnly in healing several shinobi during Pains attack and use the technique to prevent the deaths of several others through Katsuya. Tsunade isn't going to die if she activates that technique in battle, she just isn't not in a fight against somebody like Neji.

Neji is in no way a physical expert in the way the body works. Tsunade's technique utilizes electrical impulses and disorients the body's motor movements. Neji isn't going to see or know the anatomy of the body well enough to figure it out immediately. Byakugan allows him to see where chakra points of the body are not make him a marvolous expert on the human body. Tsunade's technique doesn't prevent him from moving it confuses the motor movements. Example he goes to move his foot, he twitches his finger or he tries to move his arm and he moves his knee on the opposite leg. He'll need to take the time to look and see inside his own flow of chakra to know what's going on and then find a way to deal with it. In the time it takes him to do that Tsunade does him in so if he's hit with that technique Tsunade has all the room she needs to finish him.

If Neji is spinning rapidly, his focus is on movement in that circle he's not going to stop fast enough to leap up if Tsunade decides to strike the earth while he's spinning.

No they didn't Kakashi used his water vortex before Zabuza did.

Suasno isn't formed out of pure chakra like the rotation the susano is solid so if someone has taijutsu that's very very very powerful they can maybe break a rib.

How is Neji spining rapidly? Is you talking about him using rotation? Like i said before if Tsunade punches the ground Neji jumps and even if Tsunade trys to go after him vacuum palm.
