All hyuugas have the best chakra control. Its what they spend there entire lives doing, refining their chakra control. If anything, Tsunade's chakra control is just up to a hyuuga's standard.

That's not necessarily true otherwise they'd also have the best medical ninjas in the world. Just because they are good with chakra control, that doesn't mean they are on par with the best medical nin in the world. Yes they specifically train for chakra control, but so do medical Ninjas. As she shown with Shizune she can take out an enemy in one move without using her monster strength (as Shizune didn't fly back which even the flick of a finger would make her do). Similarly the Hyuuga can immobolize an enemy with a single strike. The difference, Tsunade wasn't particularly trying.

The Hyuugas aren't just good with chakra control, they are the best. IMO I think that medics and hyuugas are actually very close when it comes to chakra control. The major difference is the way they use it in combat. Medics can use scalpels to sever muscles, veins, and nerves. Tsunade and Sakura also use it to enhance their punches. The hyuugas use it to better control their opponent's own chakra network and to damage internal organs.

Rotation is penetrable as chakra penetrates chakra. Tsunade can do chakra enhanced punches, Tsunade can use offensive Medical Ninjutsu, both of those are chakra attacks that should pack enough strength to cut through Neji's rotation chakra. That's just logical. Some things we need direct proof for other things we can reason on based on what the manga has shown.

Well those are assumptions.

That's a hidious underestimation of Tsunade's abilities. You're telling me the best medic in the world, who's been training in the medical arts since before Neji was even born, was renown as a medic since she was in her 20s in the second Great Shinobi War and created a technique that allows her to break the creed of the medical shinobi....is equal to a Hyuuga...No just no....

Hyuugas have innate well adapted chakra control but to assume they're the best in the world just for being Hyuuga is heavy overestimation. Tsunade far exceeds a vast majority of Hyuugas especially Neji.

OT who is debating this seriously? There is nothing plausable as to how Neji can defeat the Hokage. Not a shred of true coherent argument, I've just skimmed through this and the guy claiming to say Neji>Tsunade is giving one liner bs. If you're going to suggest Neji is going toe to toe with any Kage you better give some real responses.

What full potential are we missing out on? We've seen the peak of his abilities for his status right now. He's only 17 years old, what we have seen is the extent and limits of his abilities at this time, to see the fullest extent of any true shinobi's abilities will come when they're more developed. Neji is young, he's at his highest for the moment, to accelerate that potential's release would mean to accelarate his age to his mid 30s which is around the time most shinobi reach their peak of total overall skill and power.

Look, I feel as if Tsunade wins. The fact that Neji can barely hold off a Zetsu army says a lot. Tsunade could wipe out about ten of them with one punch. Not to mention last time I checked, yes some of you guys are right, she IS fighting Madara........ not Neji.
