Who cares about that uppercut? There is logically no reason why Naruto should be able to travel underground several feet, as well as leap from underground with enough power to render a person unable to move. It is only logical if he used a jutsu to do it, like Kakashi's jutsu. This was all to make Naruto win, so I don't even count it as a win for Naruto or a defeat for Neji.

Neji would still lose to Sasuke. Rotation does not last forever and it's just for defense.
Neji is only a genius as far as taijutsu and byakugan, sasuke is a well rounded genius. With that being said he would defeat Neji... even if he has to use curse mark.
