[VS] Neji (K.H) vs Hebi Sasuke (I.I)

I kinda think Sasuke has this one, but it could end in the 4 different ways.

1. Sasuke is beaten up, very tired, exhausted, almost in the verge of dying if not feed soon. (Passes out)

2. Sasuke loses a limb.

3. Sasuke gets 25%+ his chakra points blocked permanently.

4. Both die.​

I believe that Kaiten is an incredibly strong defense. By feats, part 2 Kaiten can easily tank any of Sasukes attacks, including Kirin. If Sasuke decides to go for Kirin, it would be a complete waste of chakra and will result in him losing. Hebi Sasuke has shown impressive speed feats. But then again, Neji also has shown impressive speed feats when he blitzed Kisame, aka the guy who can fight the Might Gai. As far as genjutsu goes, Hebi Sasuke has not shown any non-eye contact genjutsus IIRC, so that can be countered by simply closing his eyes. The biggest threat to Neji is obviously if Orochimaru decides to come out of Sasuke's curse mark, but I don't think that is allowed in any Hebi Sasuke thread.

Kaiten has tanked a Juubi's tail. The Juubi's tail is far more powerful than Kirin because it's damage is heavily increased due to gravity and the law of mass.

I do not remember Kirin *destroying* a Susanoo. All I remember is that Itachi fell down from the strike.

Remember, Kirin is just lightning. Kaiten is an omnidirectional defense which will prevent any lightning to seep in.

Kirin destroyed Susano'o, as Itachi stated Susano'o guarded him, and there was no Susano'o when the destruction of Kirin cleared.

Even if it did, how do you even know the Juubi's tail is more powerful than Kirin? You don't know how much it weighs, or even how fast it was moving. Anything you pull out of your a** is just psuedoscience with no fact behind it.

The default setting to all debate is that gravity travels at 9.8m/s^2.

Flying is a jutsu, it doesn't change the fact that they would fall at 9.8m/s^2 without the jutsu.

Can kirin bust a mountain? No. Can kirin cause a tsunami? No. It only destroyed the top of the hill.

Since the Juubi's tail is much larger and heavier than the Kyuubi, it will have much more damage. The law of mass dictates that the size of an object heavily increase the impact caused when going downwards. In other words, the bigger they are, the harder they fall.

So yes, the Juubi's tail is much more powerful than Kirin.

You can't compare Susanoo to Kaiten like that. They are two different types of defenses.

You are really underestimating Kaiten lol. It has been stated that Kaiten is a stronger defense than Gaara's sand, and I'm pretty sure that Gaara's sand was able to tank C3 without a problem.

You are correct, it can't be reacted to because it reaches the ground in less than a tenth of a second. But it can be anticipated. To use Kirin, Sasuke has to raise his hand and drop it. As soon as Sasuke starts lowering his hand is the perfect cue to put up Kaiten.
