1. In Naruto no Blitz is not running ability it is a one step ability allowing you to get close to the opponent .That speed is still inferior to lee. o-o. No matter what feats of speed Sasuke has they will be superior to the fact that Neji is superior to lee in taijutsu. And not to mention this :

"The primary ability of the Byakugan gives the user a near 360º field of vision, except for one blind spot at the back of the neck above the first thoracic vertebra."

Does Sasuke know the blind spot? nope. He will be in Neji's scope of seeing, he cannot escape Neji's eye period. Just look at the Kidomaro fight, Neji my friend is a prodigy.


2. Neji doesn't need to get past the prediction, in fact he can use a air palm close to sasuke, completely destroyin the prediction ability of Sasuke. And again Neji > Lee > Sasuke in Taijutsu. In fact I should ask you how does he escape Neji's sight?

3. Start watching Avatar mate. The wind's cutting prowess is more then lightning, And on top of the Chakra > Lightening.. just like Rasengan > Chidori. Where is your evidence of that Kirin will survive the blow?

4. 3-tomoe genjutsu can be broken by the Byakugan due to chakra disruption. Same way any other genjutsu is broken, also when has Sasuke used it normally? . Once deidara broke his genjutsu Sasuke didn't use it again.

- Neji can not hit Sasuke based off Sasuke's speed feats and prediction abilities
- Kirin obliterates Neji, and can be used on a whim, as shown by scans. An air palm will in no way, shape, or form be able to destroy Kirin
- Sasuke can easily speed blitz Neji, even if Neji can see 360 degrees, it doesn't mean he can react to Sasuke's speed
- Taijutsu is useless against Sasuke and his 3 tomoe mastery
- Neji has no counter for 3-tomoe Genjutsu


Sasuke destroys Neji. End of story.

As for the one with Kakashi he didn't have his sharingan activated Lol
He may have 3.5 but the sharingan gives him a boost as he was able to react to V1 Raikage.
Even if Kirin is not as strong with prep there is no way Neji is reacting to lightning.

I kinda think Sasuke has this one, but it could end in the 4 different ways.

1. Sasuke is beaten up, very tired, exhausted, almost in the verge of dying if not feed soon. (Passes out)

2. Sasuke loses a limb.

3. Sasuke gets 25%+ his chakra points blocked permanently.
