Speaking from the POV of someone who actually lives in ny, certein areas get alot less snow than others. Like where i live compared to NYC.

But it is COLD as dicks there. When I went earlier this year, I was freezing. It just so happened to be raining one night, so it sucked. Loved the state and city though. Nice place.

Okey here I go ...

Method 1 (Rather forward buy easy): Just hang out with her and when she is distracted, put the necklace on her and clasp it from the behind (Remember use protection) ...... u might also give her a hug and whisper Merry Christmas in her her ear softly.

Method 2: Just random ask her to ur home, then ask her to give judgement on a piece of jewelry you are planning to give someone and in that pretense make her try it on ..... and then reveal it that it is for her in proper romantic manner.

Method 3: Just wrap it and give it with a smile.

These methods are good. I'd do one of them.
