I have the same problem.

Also if i close nb and then try to open it again it takes few minutes to load.

edit; i noticed that if you log out, it loads fine.

Yeah but what if we want to post something? Do we constantly have to log in and out?

Try following in sequence:-
1.Clear your browsers cache and cookies then restart.

2.IF it doesn't work then
If on windows:-
Open CMD (Search>CMD)
Type "ipconfig /flushdns" without quotes

3.IF this also doesn't work then:-
Restart your modem/router, so that your ip resets (only happen in case of dynamic IP)
or CMD> ipconfig /release > ipconfig /renew (upper one is preferred)

4.If none of them work try restarting pc and then following the steps.

IF not contact ISP.

There might also be problem with DNS server of your ISP for it you can use OpenDns or Google Dns or use TOR browser.

Not sure but if you have such a problem try clearing your browser cache and cookies and re log in or try another browser. If the problem persists let us know.
