What do you know about NB Taijutsu? How is the ability different from basic tai?
The existing canon list for Tai was garbage so someone made some of their own. I'm honestly not sure. Maybe it adds more versatility like incorporating some elemental combos into it - One of the highest rank tech also has some sort of reaction boost. Basically just expanding upon the existing moveset.

Yes, Kaito's Taijutsu was created by an older member to be used in the RP, but its different from the regular canon techniques because K'tai has the added effect of Elemental Taijutsu natures to augment the Taijutsu movements. There is the basic version and the restricted version, and I'm assuming you have the basic version correct?

-Jump kick. Nothing much to add. Wouldn't really wanna try it since I will just get stopped mid air probably.

-Kinda like the first one but with one more step added. And just like before, it's not really the best of choices to use something with several "actions" as it gives the opponent a chance to simply stop it before completion.

-Sounds like a drunken lee move and equally as unrecommended as the above two

Speaking from experience, when you go into the air people don't generally let you come down, but just stretch out the timeframe to its limits and keep you airborn. It's annoying tbh. Crane kick can be seen in the critically acclaimed 1984 film The Karate Kid.

I got a general question for Taijutsu after reading all these. If someone hits me with any highest rank Tai that equals to about 120 damage and.. and I just don't try to avoid the attack in the first place and use that time period to simply release a proximity lightning tech... think of Chidori Nagashi but higher ranked and boosted damage up to 140 (somehow). Also assuming it has no handseals. That would be unavoidable surely? Basically just imagine Lee running up to Sasuke and Sasuke decides to get hight and releases lightning from his body while that's happening. The opponent is trapped and it's too fast for them to avoid get electrocuted right?

In regards to your question, it depends on a number of things. It depends on the speed of the person attacking you and the range. In short range, taijutsu is always faster than ninjutsu since you're required to mold and release the chakra, and the nagashi would have to hit the opponent to paralyze them. So depending on their speed and distance they could have time to dodge. Lastly, Nagashi doesn't do damage so I'm unsure how you'd boost it to 140 damage.

Nagashi was just an example of the type of jutsu I was trying to give a hypothesis about. But yeah I guess even if it's doable in the actual series, it's not that viable in the RP. No more questions for this set.

I have a question actually. Are lower ranked /offensive/ techniques ever useful in the current state of RP, or are they just there for the sake of existing? Because with the health system, I'm not sure what use it would be. Sure if it serves some other creative purpose, it's fine, but if it's purely for attacking, am I right to say it's all just useless?

I like this one but honestly mid range would've been better.

It's called the Izuna Drop for some reason. He had less screen-time in the series than the time it would take to perform this attack lmao.
