Performing last technique; *I begin by gathering my suiton chakra, proceeding to create a water clone right next to me. I then use shape manipulation to change the clone back into water, transforming it into four pointed projectiles that I aim towards a nearly rock structure. Once launched, upon contact the rock structure is pierced four times straight through.*

[B]How you would use it in battle:[/B] A cool and efficient way to use this would be to distract the target with a different attack, maybe get the clone as close as possible to the target and once at the desired location quickly manipulate the clone into the projectiles for a surprise attack.
[B]How you would counter it:[/B] To counter the projectiles it would be best to use a technique to either overpower the water projectiles or use a quick technique to move you out of the way.

*As the sun shone brightly upon the training grounds and Nathan-senpai demonstrated with great precision the steps needed to perform the water technique, he gives me the signal to try it myself. I nod, turn towards a fairly small rock structure, about the same height as I and begin to gather my suiton chakra. After quickly forming the Tiger hand sign I manipulate the water within a small lake nearby, using shape manipulation to create a clone of myself. The water clone positions itself next to me, prompting me to continue onto the next step of the jutsu. Using shape manipulation once again I quickly disperse the water clone back into it's liquid like state while simultaneously beginning to form four water projectiles that I direct towards the rock structure about 5 meters directly in front of me. The projectiles, upon contact pierce straight through the rock in a scattered hit pattern, however all of the hits having been taken near the rock's middle section.*

(Suiton: Mizu Yashiken no Jutsu) - Water Release: Water Palm Blade Technique

Description: The user will first strike their target with couple of punches and kicks them lifting the target into the air and the user will then concentrate their chakra into their palm and then swinging their arm in a arc they release chakra creating a cresent blade of water that strike the target.

Get close to my clone, strike my clone with a couple punches and kicks, that should lift him into the air, then you will gather your suiton chakra into you palm, then you'll swing your arm in an arc they'll release a crescent blade of water at the clone.

*Turning towards the newly made clone I quickly begin to gather raw chakra into my feet in order to increase my speed, running towards it thereafter, initially beginning from a distance of about 8 meters. Upon entering the clone's short range hastily throw a right hook, hitting the clone on it's left cheek. I then throw a left jab connecting my fist to the clone's nose. As the clone begins to stagger backwards slightly due to the brunt force of the blows I grasp it's clothing to pull it closer towards my body, pick up my right leg vertically, and connect the top of my foot to the clone's jaw, sending it soaring into the sky. "Here we go.." I mumbled, as I finally gathered Suiton chakra into my right palm, I release it as I swipe my arm horizontally, prompting a crescent like water blade to strike the clone as it descends towards the ground. The water blade makes direct contact with the clone's mid section, causing the clone to disperse immediately.*

Description: The user will manipulate their chakra and then they create water to rise up from the ground beneath the target lifting them into the air.

Send your suiton chakra beneath your feet, then by manipulating it, the water should life you fair high off the ground.

[B]How you would counter it:[/B]Essentially if you can see the water materializing below then you can perform a technique that can quickly move you aside, away from the geyser of water.

*I begin by gathering suiton chakra into my feet. Once this is done I then begin to release the gathered chakra below me, causing water to begin materializing. Shortly after materialization the water rises up from the ground, lifting me up into the air with ease.*

( Suiton: Haretsu sui Yashi ) - Water Release: Water Bursting Palm

Description: After making the ram hand seal the user generates water around their right arm and then by thrusting their arm forwards they release the water in the form of a projectile bullet that drives through the opponent pushing them back several feet.

Perform the ram seal, then by sending suiton chakra to your right arm, then proceed to thrust your arm forward, you should release a projectile bullet in the form of water. That will push my clone back a few feet.

*Turning towards your clone I begin to gather Suiton chakra into my right arm. Once I've gathered enough I quickly form the Ram handseal and proceed to thrust my right arm forward, pointing towards the clone, sending a water bullet racing towards it. The water bullet makes contact with the clones' chest area, sending it flying back about 3 feet. The clone soon after disperses*

Description: The user will create a moving body of water beneath him that travels towards the opponent carrying the user. They then slash the opponent with their sword multiple times.

Okay gather your suiton chakra under your feet, then proceed to manipulate it to turn it into water, use the water to carry you over to my clone then use your sword to slash my clone a few times.

*Turning towards the clone once more I begin to gather Suiton chakra into my feet. After gathering enough I then proceed to use shape manipulation while releasing the chakra below, spawning water underneath me. The water lifts me up slightly off of the ground and begins to head towards the clone with me on top of its' crest and upon entering the clone's short range I pop my sword out of it's sheathe with my left thumb, grasp the hilt with my right hand and quickly draw it outwards in a horizontal manner, slashing the clone from left to right on it's mid section. I then switch my grip hastily, lift my sword slightly higher than me and proceed to attempt to slash the clone from right to left downwards diagonally across it's chest once again. Once this has been executed the clone quickly disperses.*

( Suiton: Nagareru no Muchi ) - Water Release: Flowing Whip

Description: The user first kneads chakra in their mouth and then, placing their hand on their mouth expels water in the form of a whip which they use to lash their opponent, sending them flying backwards.

Knead you suiton chakra in your mouth then by placing your hand on your mouth, spit out water in a form of a whip, use it on my clone and lash onto him, sending him flying backwards.

*I begin by turning towards the clone, following up by gathering up my suiton chakra into my mouth. Once I've gathered enough I then place my hand onto my mouth, using nature transformation while releasing the chakra to pull out a water whip. I crack the whip towards my target, and the c lone, about 4 meters away, is striked quickly in the mid section, damaging him while sending him several feet backwards as well. The clone soon after disperses.*

Description: The user condenses water vapour in the air above them to generate multiple projectiles of water which shoot at their target with a great amount of force and speed. The user can also shoot a barrage of small water projectiles directly from the swing of their hand.

Gather and release your suiton chakra into the air above then condense it into water vapor, then doing this you should create small projectiles of water which are strong and fast, aim them at my clone.

*Turning towards the clone I gather my suiton chakra, once gathering enough I then release the chakra into the air above. I then, using shape manipulation condense it into water vapor, creating small projectiles of water that are sent towards the clone. The clone is stricken multiple times in the chest area, dispersing soon after.*

Description: After waving the Boar → Dog → Ram hand seals, a water vortex created in the palm of the user’s hand that can then be blasted forward creating a spiraling wall of water which can then be used to attack or defend.

Perform the seals, gather your suiton chakra in your hand, then release a water vortex at my clone. Doing it that way will make it a spiraling wall of water. Can be used as an attack or defense.

*Turning towards your clone I begin by forming the hand seals Boar → Dog → Ram while simultaneously gathering my suiton chakra into my right hand. Once I've done this I then release the chakra while moving my right arm in a horizontal manner, spawning a vortex of water that is directed at the clone. Upon contact the clone becomes cut up severely and disperses soon after.*

Description: After performing a long series of hand seals Ox → Monkey → Hare → Rat → Boar → Bird → Ox → Horse → Bird → Rat → Tiger → Dog → Tiger → Snake → Ox → Ram → Snake → Boar → Ram → Rat → Yang Water → Monkey → Bird → Dragon → Bird → Ox → Horse → Ram → Tiger → Snake → Rat → Monkey → Hare → Boar → Dragon → Ram → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Bird → Yang Water → Rat → Boar → Bird the user then shapes a large amount of water into a giant, powerful dragon, which hits the opponent with formidable might, dealing physical damage. The ideal place to use it is near a body of water, but if the user's skill allows it, it is possible to use it even in a place where there is none. The amount of water used will be in proportion with the user's skill. Tobirama was able to use this technique with a single hand seal showing testiment to his skill in water ninjutsu.
Note: Requires a water source to use.

Gather a lot of your suiton chakra and perform the hand seals; Ox → Monkey → Hare → Rat → Boar → Bird → Ox → Horse → Bird → Rat → Tiger → Dog → Tiger → Snake → Ox → Ram → Snake → Boar → Ram → Rat → Yang Water → Monkey → Bird → Dragon → Bird → Ox → Horse → Ram → Tiger → Snake → Rat → Monkey → Hare → Boar → Dragon → Ram → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Bird → Yang Water → Rat → Boar → Bird, then go over to that water source and shape the water into a dragon which will hit my clone.

I haven't really used this, just cause of the unreal amount of handseals you have to perform for just a B-rank.
