Naruto's speed problems

if there was a chapter where tobi says something about sasuke's genjutsu it would be one in the danzo fights,and the only times he praised him it was comparing his usage of sharingan to danzo's.
matter of fact there was no page that puts sasuke and tsukuyomi in the same panel.
i believe sasuke's other MS ability too be blaze release,not tsukuyomi,which makes sense since he always used his right eye each time to use blaze release.

again, good observation, but it was Tsukuyomi for 2-3 reasons. 1: he used that 'Tsukuyomi' a bit through the battle when he already used up a LOT of his chakra. 2: the reason it was onky a 'weak Genjutsu' is because Sasuke hasn't used his Tsukuyomi anywhere near as much as Blaze release. 3: as Sasuke has EMS now surperior to Itachis
