This kid right here, is a Naruto fanboy. And no, Naruto isn't the fastest. Minato is, and will be until it is shown that Naruto surpasses him in speed.

Its obvious that Naruto used shunshin to fire like a bullet towards Obito.By the looks of this scan it looks like naruto didn't use shunshin jutsu.

Naruto not using his speed over and over is like how Obito or Madara dosent use their genjutsu on their opponents one on one, when they were strong enough to put Kurama in one. All one has to do is look into their eyes. Why didnt Obito put Minato in one. Its something called Plot.
If Naruto would speedblitz everyone n every fight what point would there be in even reading or watchin Naruto?
Nagato could bansho tenin everyone and drag out their souls, or Obito could've killed everyone with Gedo Mazo whit the dragons that come out of it. But he didnt. there are many things kishi can make characters do, but he wont cuz then the manga would become pointless.
obviously Naruto has mastered his speed, in every situation other than him hitting kisame he has used it and was successful.

Well, you are sort of correct, but also wrong, because (idr what chapter it is) in 1 chapter, Tobi said sasukes Tsukuyomi was still on even terms with Itachis because of Sasukes precise timing with it.

Kinda funny how the wiki isn't reliable but the databook is even tho the wiki gets updated and has sources to back it up ^_^

if there was a chapter where tobi says something about sasuke's genjutsu it would be one in the danzo fights,and the only times he praised him it was comparing his usage of sharingan to danzo's.
matter of fact there was no page that puts sasuke and tsukuyomi in the same panel.
i believe sasuke's other MS ability too be blaze release,not tsukuyomi,which makes sense since he always used his right eye each time to use blaze release.
