Exactly. There's also the fact that Naruto can throw the Futon Rasenshuriken in base. He can also guide the thing like a homing rocket as it flies. Naruto doesn't need KCM or even Sage Mode to that.

If he used such an S-Rank attack in that manner, then there's absolutely no reason he didn't improve his modes as well. So he essentially would not need RSM itself to fly.

Borrow means: to take and use (something that belongs to someone else) with the intention of returning it.

Technically Naruto can't return used chakra to the 9 tails. That's like asking someone to borrow gasoline. Once you use the gasoline it gone.

Yes, Naruto did run out of Sage charka, but he doesn't need Sage charka to use RSM. Sage used his chakra to give Naruto and Sasuke their powers, but they didn't need it to retain their powers.

In other words Naruto doesn't need a specific chakra to use RSM. That makes alot of since because sage mode users don't require a specific chakra. RSM is nothing but a higher level SM.

Naruto can control the FRS. In the video clip below between 0:20 and 0:25 you can see Naruto throw the FRS at Toneri. Toneri flew towards his right (your left) to evade the FRS. The FRS hits the bird and passes by Toneri. FRS then stops in midair and moves in the opposite direction toward Toneri before bursting.

I don't think so. It looks more like it just changed its angle and then burst. It hits the bird, changes its angle, and then bursts. If it had gone towards Toneri he would have had to move again, which he didn't.

That makes no sense.. If Naruto learn how to fly without using RSM it means one thing and one thing only... Naruto learn another way to fly... It's just like Madara using Susanoo without eyes. " Susanoo is the power of a double MS" and blah blah blah, Madara used it without any eyes... Meaning... He found another way to use it, just like Naruto.. Naruto can't perform a feat like that without his seal and we all know that left while he was still able to use RSM.. Meaning that kind of power is something he gained over the last two years, because it's certainly not a specification of RSM.
You should stop trying to tell me what to do if you don't know what the hell you are talking about. First, Hashirama was the one who told Sasuke not to touch the chakra rods not TSB. Second, Tobirama touch a TSB and he was not in RSM. Third, Sasuke destroy some TSB and he doesn't have RSM.
