He is talking about the zerk one. The one he fought Oro with. The one that mixes his blood with Kurama's chakra. Well he is also talking 1st stage as well. The one he fought Sasuke with. Which he is right about one thing the massive rapid ability to self heal. But he is also forgetting that the Uzumaki's have a fast healing ability as well.

I think it's not gone at all.All the wounds would heal if his body was covered with the fox's chakra(while the fox is trying to take over Naruto's body).Since Kurama is now friends with Naruto,I think they're using their body as one(Body and Chakra).
Edit:I can't explain it very much but I hope you got my point. xD And when was the last time Naruto had a serious wound.

About the "kyuubi cloak",I think it is pretty much the same with the KM Cloak.So it is not gone after all.
