It's time we create a RP FAQ(Roleplay Frequently Asked Questions).
You will ask the questions in this thread, we will discuss it if its needed to be discussed among the staff, and give you a final answer.
You can ask questions about how moves work and such, like if Swamp of the underworld is flammable.

This jutsu is like Fire Release: Exploding Flame Crater, and it makes water from the underground to burst out from beneath the opponent, making him/her wet, and cover the area near the opponent and then shocks it to shock them. The water bursting out from the ground does not actually hurt the opponent. And the interval between the water bursting out and electrifying is very short. The technique is indeed lightning, but the user must also be able to utilize water release in order to use this, just like for Exploding Flame Crater needs fire and earth release.

The jutsu is a Lightning element genjutsu, the way it works is that the user focuses alot of concentrated chakra around his body, making extremely bright light emanate from the user, which blinds the opponent. The user chooses if he wants to place a genjutsu on the opponent or just blind him, when placing the genjutsu, the user chooses what the opponent sees once he regains his sight, genjutsu can be broken with pain, or sharingan just like any other genjutsu, but using wind jutsus to defend against this jutsu does not help very much, the opponent will get blinded and put into genjutsu anyway.

Yes, you can, but you'd have to draw a map of the terrain, and the walls on the terrain, before you would finish the drawings, the opponent would have pulled out every hair on your body.

Yes, handseals are required for every jutsu that does not state different, it is smart to check Naruto.wikia and search for the jutsu and see if it needs handseals. Some jutsus need both the handseals and the slamming.
Q: How does; (Soushuuha) - Manipulate Advancing Blades work?

Puppet-users can attach chakra threads to projectile on the battlefield to take control of the projectile. Puppet-users can only take control of several small projectiles or one medium object, and cannot have chakra threads attached to anything else, when hurled at the opponent, the chakra threads will disperse. The projectiles that are taken control of must be in short range of the user.
Q: Is Reverse Summoning Technique for the ones who have signed the Toad contract only, or for all animal contracts?

The Reverse Summoning is for all animal contracts, but the Reverse Summoning cannot be used to change the location of the user on the field, teleporting him back and forth.
