Okay I already asked a someone about this jutsu but I need a reason for why it can only be performed in long range. Why can't I use it in mid range?

first of all i dont know how to explain this will im trying... (noob Question)

How this rules works...

1. Player A attack the Player B= PB block the jutsu / what if he use ex. hiding like mole jutsu?
2. The 3rd rules is read bold above. its very clear.. but my Question is in every turn applied or in the first turn only?

example in 2nd Question ..
we're in the 3rd turn of the battle.... he run at me from long range then he make a 3rd turn first move and he use mid range attack. so since i see him running i attack him with a long range attack before he get to mid range and can use his jutsu (i use that move because we're in 3rd or 4th turn already.)

hope this Question will be answered asap....

Ummmm.... yeah. I'm not quite sure what your situation is but I'll Do my best to try and explain the rule...

[*]You cannot just avoid an attack, you have to block it.

This means that you cannot just dive to the left to avoid a fireball. So if someone does a fireball you need to find a way to block or dodge (preferably using jutsu) So possible blocks dodges are...
Water wall (block)
Water typhoon vortex (block/counterattack)
Using earth piller to move you out of the way of the fireball.

Edit: I re-read your post and it clicked.

Since he was running at you at the time your long range jutsu should stand because its reactionary to his running, although you should expect it to clash with his jutsu as it moves towards you. while his jutsu may not reach you since he wasnt mid ranged yet it can still hit your jutsu since IT has moved closer to him... does that make sense?

To be honest I think It can be used in mid and short range. It seems as if it can be used UP TO long range. Its not like it is a set length and only strikes at the end of it. The long range is just there because it was seen being used from long range. I would say its okay for mid, but thats my humble opinion

Description: ‘Wind Style: Rasengan’ and ‘Water Style: Destruction Torrent’ combo that makes a tornado of water that can be used to attack or defend. Can also be used to drown out wind and fire combos (no water source required).

How this jutsu totally works in NB Rp?
right hand rasengan left hand Destruction torrent the mix it to make a combo...
or you need a clone and it count as a 2 jutsu?

The way I was taught was make a wind rasengan in one hand and destruction vortex in the other, then combine. It counts as one jutsu.

hrmmm. looking at this picture, it doesnt look short to mid range to me but thats what the description says, so he is out of range. If its a fireball or some or sort of projectile I would let t slide but when it comes to a summoning giant rock pillars like that I would say it neads to be somewhat close to the enemy.

since he has to be in range to use it and you stopped him with ant lion I would say it nullifies his attack. I'm normally pretty relaxed when battling so I would acknowledge your defense. Seems like more people are noticing range nowadays. . My personal defense for that would be to destroy the pillars before they fully emerge. by the way the wiki shows it as a 6 seal, not a one seal....Tiger → Monkey → Boar → Dog → Bird → Rabbit. check the anime to be sure. Episode 160.

Ok, so I am a little new so this is a noobish question, but I have learned a LOT of jutsus and I dont really know how to put them on my bio, which of course is approved, but how do I get the new jutsus on my bio? It wont let me edit the bio, so I dont really know. If there is a thread that explains this please put a link.

don worry about it ^_^. You dont need to list every single jutsu you know...(lord knows I didn't) Your bio is just to give people an idea about your specialties, abilities, customs stuff, etc. If you really want to add them then reply to your approved bio and say something like...
"Edit: I have learned these jutsu...
Jutsu 1: descrip.
Jutsu 2: blah blah
Jutsu 3: need I go on?"

I feel a bit forced to correct you here, Yamato.

You need to update your biography, make a new thread named "Update - (Your bio name here)", and wait for an RP moderator to approve it. This way, we can avoid people adding whichever ability they want just by editing their approved biographies.

Question: Am I free to make a RP biography whenever I want to or is there a standard? (not talking about KG or doujutsu's, just standard biography)

and as aditionnal question, starting when can you make custom 'jutsu or clan powers' ( albeit not OP)

You can make a biography at 50 posts.

You can start making customs at Genin rank, however they must be strictly E or D rank.

Well, I don't think you understood what a custom weapon is.

A custom weapon is a weapon a member submits in the Custom Jutsu Submission thread, and it becomes something only his.

Of course you can use regular katanas and such(at Genin rank), but if you want your sword to have special abilities you have to submit it in the CJ thread. Remember that you can have only 1 custom weapon.

You learn how to perform jutsus, not only how to manipulate Fire Chakra.

There is no test for becoming Chuunin rank, there is only a test for Official Sage rank. You become one once you hit around 250 posts I think.

You can learn E~D rank jutsus.

All senseis that can train you have an orange name, so hit them up on a VM/PM and ask for training.
