But Minato has more experience as a ninja so his clones would possess a greater intelligence. Minato has HQ clones.

I have already explained to you that battle IQ and general IQ are not the same. This added to the fact that simply having IQ does not equate to overcoming mass numbers and you really have a failed point on your hands. Naruto gets his lackluster battle moments from his Dad, as already pointed out by Tobirama in the scan I previously showed you.

Madara already had good sensing ability, since he was able to blitz Sai, SM Naruto and SM Hashirama in a second, this while being blind.

Firstly, before Madara got Hagoromo's chakra, he couldn't even dodge Sasuke's sword and got stabbed in the arm. So to suggest he had the same sensing + reaction ability pre-sage chakra is the silliest thing you've suggested so far. Even your examples are horrendous. A rejuvenated Madara blitzes a weakened Naruto, weakened Hashirama, and a weakened Sai, and you consider that a reputable feat?

When Minato confronted Madara, Madara had his original sensing, SM sensing and one eye.

Not only is it kind of sad that you have to now resort to "maybes" for arguments, but RDS requires a human sacrifice. So no, a clone will not work.

Back when he had to sacrifice he did not have enough chakra to summon RDS and also to make a clone, as he was exhausted from fight with Tobi.

Wrong. He had enough power to do two seals, both RDS and 8-trigram on Naruto, as well as attach his chakra and kushina's to Naruto. He had enough to make a clone. He didn't because that's not how RDS works.
