Minato does not have a FTG mark on Kurama, but he can probably place it via FTG teleportation. As Kurama is sealed inside Naruto, Minato can teleport the FTG mark there, where Kurama is.

OT: Minato has never shown the ability to seperate a ninja from their chakra using FTG. Minato no longer has Kurama, and meanwhile, Naruto can use all tailed beasts anyways. Naruto can fly. Naruto can heal. Hell, one Magma style RS solo's Minato, and don't tell me he's fast enough to avoid it, Madara got hit.
