Minato has frog summons, so does Naruto.

Minato has Rassengan, so does Naruto.

Minato has clones, so does Naruto.

Minato has Kurama, so does Naruto.

Minato has FTG, so…. Naruto does not have this.

Naruto also lacks sealing techniques, and Minato’s intelligence is another aspect that puts him above Naruto.

Minato could simply teleport via FTG Naruto’s chakra cloak away, and if Naruto reforms it, Minato can teleport it again or can teleport Kurama away from Naruto, so Naruto could not use the cloak anymore.

Minato does not have a FTG mark on Kurama, but he can probably place it via FTG teleportation. As Kurama is sealed inside Naruto, Minato can teleport the FTG mark there, where Kurama is.

Minato can also use his sealing ability to seal Kurama away from Naruto, or seal Naruto’s chakra, or to seal Naruto.
