I didn't ignore it, it just wasn't relevant to my point. It doesn't matter what reason you concocted to add some arbitrary condition on this particular fight is. The fact that you made one up is pure fanboyism. It's funny how people keep ignoring the fact that I said in this fight specifically. The reason why I said I'll only recognize a winner IN THIS BATTLE if someone dies is because neither Naruto or Sasuke are going to get defeated by a simple KO, not with the lethal arsenal both fighters now have. How is Naruto going to defeat Sasuke without killing him, tell me? With an uppercut? A fart? Any non-lethal force that Naruto uses against Sasuke will be futile, he'll just keep getting back up. The only way this fight is ending is with a talk no jutsu, both fighters will be left standing. It's completely different to part 1 where Sasuke lost to Gaara because he didn't have enough chakra left to use Chidori or when Naruto lost to a gut-punch.
These guys are at God-tier now, their chakra levels are sky high and they're not going to lose through normal means. The only way to "defeat" either Naruto Sasuke at this moment is to kill them.
As to how Naruto is going to defeat him... The same way he defeated most of his main enemies, proves his power is greater, than instead of delivering a final blow TNJ's em. I'm not sure how you figure Sasuke now has some ability that makes him immune to fatigue or access to limitless stamina, but I'm pretty sure he can be beaten to the point he is no longer able to fight. It's not that hard to comprehend is it?
