If just a little 9 tails chakra could do that to a teenage Naruto then image what would happen to a baby. I believe the 4th designed the seal so that less than 1/4% of the 9 tails chakra combine with Naruto's every year.

Maybe not as big, but considering that he is a Uzumaki who have large chakra reserves as a genetic trait, and the son of Minato who was able to achieve Sage Mode despite not being good at it, then yes.

He didn't inherit their intelligence or natural ability, Naruto inherited his families natural chakra reserves, Ashura must have inherited something from his father, as he reached Indra's level without tailed beasts.

Minato was a genius and Kushina was also very skilled with sealing jutsu, Naruto can't use hand seals and is dim.

Even at the age of 12 with Kurama's enhancement he couldn't do a simply jutsu that his entire class could do, remember that with Kurama's enhancement he flunked out three times.

Chakra by itself is useless if the person can't use it properly.

Edit: Getting back to Ashura, if he was born with little chakra power he wouldn't have been able to challenge Indra, Chakra is the limiting factor for ninja, you can only go so far depending on the amount you have.

OK, if that is your answer then I will leave it at that, but there is still no way Naruto's chakra would be as monstrous as it is without Kurama. At most Naruto would just have the chakra of your average Uzamaki

EDIT: Ashura awoke his chakra later after much work, so his power was just dormant. Until then Ashura was far behind Indra.

Like I said, his own chakra has been enhanced since birth. Another requirement of SM is a strong body which might be thanks to him being a Uzamaki

If you're basing that off of Orochimaru then you should know Kabuto was talking about Oro not finding a body that can replicate Juugo's clan ability like how Kabuto replicated Karin, Suigetsu's, Kimimaru's, ect... powers. SM doesn't require strong body since it enhances the body, you only need to be able to draw natural energy in, be completely still, balance the NE with your own chakra.

Kurama's chakra can't really increase Naruto's chakra reserve since Kurama's chakra would be mixed with Naruto's then it would be used up. Same as how Naruto borrow Kurama's chakra, use it up, then it's gone. It wouldn't increase Naruto's reserves since Minato made it in a way for Naruto to access Kurama's power more easily and Kurama's chakra is red while Naruto's is blue so if Kurama's chakra was influencing Naruto's chakra reserve then it would resemble red more than blue.

That is still measuring Naruto's own chakra after years of taking in Kurama's chakra.

That wouldn't increase Naruto's chakra, chakra Naruto get from Kurama gets used up, it doesn't influence Naruto's chakra which is blue and the fox chakra is red, so unless Naruto have red or purple chakra, it wouldn't be influenced by Kurama. I am sorry, but there is something you are not getting. I am saying that Naruto's chakra is indeed large, (Naruto on his own, not combined with the Kyuubi is strong) but Naruto's chakra is that large because Naruto and Kurama's chakra has been passively mixing since he was a child. The seal mixes Kurama's chakra with Naruto's and makes Naruto's own chakra pool larger, Naruto's own large chakra pool suppresses Kurama.

What you should know is that Kurama's chakra wouldn't just mix and increase Naruto's chakra, it's the same as Naruto being giving chakra by the fox, the chakra he is given gets used up. You do know that Kurama controls his chakra right? It doesn't just mix with Naruto's in large amounts which might actually affect Naruto in the long run. Kurama being in the cage limits how much chakra Naruto can take from him and when Naruto ever accessed Kurama's chakra it was due to Kurama allowing him to and when Naruto used the chakra it was able to be sensed by others due to it being so powerful, Kakashi sensed it even thought he has no sensory ability, when Naruto fought Haku and when Naruto fought Sasuke in VoTE.

I'm not talking about whether its complete or not, Sasuke atm can withstand the chidori without his sharingan.

It's not about being born with more chakra, Minato has high chakra reserves, Naruto has the Sage's body which has the ability to contain bijuus. The Sage body has the power of Yang which is life force and physical energy; this gives Naruto his large chakra reserve. Uchihas have powerful chakra while Senju's/Uzumaki's have large reserves as shown from the ones we've seen. Naruto and Kurama's chakra are connected but Kurama controls his chakra and doesn't need to give Naruto any. Minato made the Seal so it can mix with Naruto's chakra like when Naruto got angry and unleashed Kurama's chakra for the first time.

Minato had large chakra reserve and so did Kushina, you need a large chakra reserve to learn SM which Minato have a perfect form of, Kushina needs to have a large chakra reserve to hold Kurama sealed as Yamato made a comment about Naruto's chakra to Naruto. Yamato said Naruto's strength isn't from Kurama and it's Naruto's chakra that helps him stand Kurama's chakra

I was discussing the matter of Sasuke can withstand the chidori in his current physical body. I wasn't talking about whether he has a murderous intent or not. Plus I wasn't talking whether he would be full of openings or not. You just went on in a completely different subject.
