Most people jumped the gun because theories were flying around that the Sage was an Uzumaki. The manga never claimed that Naruto was the direct rebirth.

That's just a common weapons summoning scroll. Sasuke has those seals on his wrist. Naruto has never used any Uzumaki sealing Jutsu.

While I do believe the theory was well supported, that wasn't my main point of argumentation as to why Naruto could have or should have been Hagoromo's reincarnation.

Intangibles like him being the only one besides Hagoromo to befriend the Bijuu and know their names. His widespread reach around the Shinobi world is similar to Hagoromo spreading his teachings. And his ability to sway people is almost identical to Hagoromo being able to make people follow Ninshuu.

But regardless, it doesn't matter at this point.

I am merely suggesting that it served as a prop. I remember your thread on Naruto getting the Rinnegan as well. I believe it did take Uzumaki aspect into consideration if I am not mistaken. I even left a post on it.

About the Ninshuu, the entire legacy was left to Ashura. It's only now after TSB explanation that the thread that I made on Ashura that it should be considered valid now. It was Ashura that gave more meaning to Ninshuu, since at Sage's time, it was still only a teaching.

If you say he doesn't have a Yin affinity then the same should apply to Sasuke. His lack of Yang affinity means he won't be able to handle huge amounts of NE and his TBB would be far below Naruto's level. Also, since he's not friends with the bijuu he wouldn't have his chakra replenished at will.
