Yeah there were people who could beat Gaara. Orochimaru, Rasa, Kisame, Itachi, and possibly Kakashi would be able to beat him one on one the same way Naruto did.
But my point is that just because Naruto has the most chakra doesn't necessarily mean that he's the strongest shinobi.

Hmm, I just looked through the previous generations at 12-13 years of age too see who would’ve beat Part 1 Naruto with all his arsenal (including boss toad) and it came down to only 2 people.

1. 13 year old Itachi because of his Tsukyomi or Amatersu either one will do.

2. 13 year old Tobi/Obito because of mangekyo ocular genjutsu and other additional powers ups.

That’s it really because of kurama’s chakra, if not then there’s a whole list.

As for Obito it’s not so much so as Kamui (because that’s the quickest way) but his ability to use this stone pillar w/markings to extract the kyubi from Naruto like he did Kushina would kill Naruto even more efficiently than Kamui would.

That's not true Ama was shed by Naruto releasing Kyubi chakra. KN wouldn't provide the same defense or ability. KN Naruto has also demonstarted 0 ability to shed chakra.

Yeah it’s a done deal against obito, and itachi because it’s no way he can battle without looking into his eyes. But all this is 1 tails though any higher I think they would have a little problem

Problem for Itachi? I mean the sharingan suppresses chakra so even if Naruto reaches a higher state of biju transformation then that’s always an option. It does get harder as you said then at that point Itachi would whip out Susano’o and it’s game over from there.

Mangekyo powers have too many one-shot variables to them that it can get annoying in a versus match. Naruto would need full control over kurama’s chakra to divert Itachi’s one-shot attacks with fission beings and tail-arm substitution.

Edit: I don’t know if Shisui awakened his MS at the age of 13 like Obito and Itachi did so that’s why I didn’t add him to the list.

I know what you were referring to however the active cloak wouldn't help against Ama. It would have to emerge after Ama then shed it like Naruto did(final fight). Anyway Naruto part 1 doesn't have these abilities, chakra control or sync with Kurama to pull such a feat off.

So he'll have no problem extracting the beast, on top of that nothing indicates that he can't do it if it's not weakened. Obito's extraction jutsu isn't a Eight Trigrams Sealing Style jutsu just so you know.
