This thread was obviously created by a fanboy of Sasuke. Not even using hard evidence or sharing insightful comments. Just your wrong I love Sasugay and don't say anything bad about him. And your comment about cursed mark being on par with the tailed beasts made me  Maybe One tail but that is is you don't believe what I do... Keep reading
Nobody can say that Sasuke beat Naruto in the Valley of the End. Sure it looked like it as far as Naruto being on the ground, but there intentions or goals where 100% different. Naruto's goal was to gain acknowledgement and scratch Sasuke's forehead protector; which he did. Sasuke's goal was to kill Naruto in order to activate Mangekyou Sharingan; which he failed. Who knows what would have happened if both of them had killing intent and Naruto barreled his Rasengan in Sasuke's gut.
I honestly think it would be a well fought fight as They are both talented in their own rights. I shall try to add onto the one post on page 5 I think that broke down each of there strengths (only worthwhile post up to page 10).
Also it wasn't stated by the OP, but I am assuming that they would both have all of there powers but just turn off their abilities for this one fight. As without this background information imo hands down Naruto would win due to their overall development. Naruto would still enter sage mode but Sasuke would be able to do what??? More fire justu lol.
Sasuke Pros:
- excellent taijustsu
- excellent ninjustu
- speed (even though we haven't seen him use it in a fight)
- excellent with shuriken's
- good strategist (even without Sharingan)
- has a sword
Sasuke has a good chance at this as he displayed that he can trap people without using his Sharingan (fight with Tamari) which shows you that he has the ability to use "critical thinking" in a pinch.
He is a master with shuriken's but will be limited because he cannot summon more like in the fight with Itachi. Has a sword which will give him a reach advantage in close combat if he decides to use it. He also is good at hand to hand so with he does have a chance to get in some blows.
Speed: his speed is amazing but it seems like he just doesn't like using it as the only time we have seen it is when he tries to line up a Chidori. Or in episode 203 (I believe) when he jumped from down to Naruto's side and asked him why he was trying to get him to go back. But, what it doesn't show us is if Naruto saw his movements or not. Sure Sakura and Sai were impressed but it looked as if Naruto could see him coming.
Sasuke Cons:
- chakra
- set up times
- arrogance
- blindness
- inability to read the enemy
Here is where things get a bit interesting as Sasuke would be a tough opponent if it wasn't for his cons. Firstly, his chakra is good but it is nowhere near Naruto's we know this and it seems that all of Sasuke's finishers require tons of chakra. So sorry to say it but we probably wouldn't see him using Chidori and Kirin within the same battle against Naruto. Doing so would be his demise honestly.
Remember that he can only do so many blasts with Chidori (don't know the exact number these days) and Kirin he has to use a ton of chakra to create a thunderstorm. Also not to mention that he was in cursed mark mode when he shot all those fireballs into the sky. So can't really estimate how much chakra that would eat up.
As far as we can remember all of Sasuke's good moves take a considerable amount of time to set up. For example fight vs. oro when he used his dragon's fire technique. Even Kirin he needed the perfect set up to get it off. And part of him capturing these two was due to Sharingan to begin with and his ability to predict movements etc.
Lastly, the fool is going blind lol how in the hell is he going to tell where Naruto is at

. Who cares if he is fast if he runs into a tree instead of his opponent
Which brings me too...
Naruto Pros:
- chakra
- excellent taijustsu
- good enough ninjustsu (kage bunshin lol)
- Rasengan, Rasen-shuriken
- will power
- strength
- decent strategist
- ability to collect intel
- set up times
Naruto I think has the upper hand on this one due to the fact that he has such a huge chakra pool. He can flat out do more damaging moves in a shorter amount of time and not get burned out. Unlike Sasuke, Naruto's moves are set up in seconds and can do heavy damage if not be fatal. He has the ability to use as many clones as he wants and he learns from them when they are destroyed.
As far as hand to hand combat Naruto is definitely stronger as we have seen him K.O. a couple people (granted he was in nine tails mode, besides Neji). He has proven the ability to set up his enemies for their demise which is a plus. Don't know if he is as good as Sasuke though in being a strategist. Lastly, he never wants to give up and will push himself to his limits.
Cons:
- hastiness
- kind of a wimp when it comes to Sasuke
- reaction time is a bit slow
When it comes to Naruto's flaws they are small but can be a huge downfall. First of all I think he cares too much about Sasuke to really kill him which would suck because Sasuke doesn't give a damn lol. So he pretty much needs to overcome his emotions to even have a chance at Sasuke.
I noticed throughout the years that Naruto, while having tons of will power has slow reaction timing. He seems to allow himself to get hit, sometimes too much and that could be a disaster against Sasuke. Lastly, he generally jumps into the deep end before checking to see if there was water in there first so to speak (lunges first thinks later). Which again, against Sasuke can lead to his demise.
All in all I think Naruto would win if he played his cards right and knew that he had to drain Sasuke's chakra first before going nutso on him. But if he gets to hasty it be his demise as Sasuke would be waiting for Naruto to screw up so he could trap him.
But then again he is almost blind so...
