sasuke would evade and land chidori, that isnt really a point. tsunade's reaction wasnt worried about that he sometimes in the future wont be able to use chakra if he continues to use it, but worried that it can happen anytime. and like i said before, just an idiot would charge into anything bigger than a rasengan.

pein lets his gaurd down alot in battles and underestimatse his oppenent's, but sasuke has battled naruto many times and knows not to underestimate him. saske observes his his opponents habbits and weakness and isn't afraid to take advandtage of that.
first of all pain never underestimated naruto becuz he had ninetailed fox in his belly. like i said sasuke cant do much without sharingan.he uses it each and every fight.it helps him fight use genjutsu see the real naruto,use chidori, and complete his battle strategies. naruto is as fast as sasuke and he is a good fighter.
naruto can't do much without the fox or the sage mode. the fox always had to save naruto from his mistakes and failed power and naruto is slow without those modes sasuke coverd a huge amount of distance when they met after the timeskip.
except a rasengan barrage from all directions, naruto can do fuuton rasengan which is stronger than chidora, since a rasengan was equal to chidori it is obvious that a fuuton rasengan which was stronger than a rasengan will overpower sasukes chidori.
the moment chidori ends he can see everything again, the tunnel vision didnt stop kakashi from taking out the shadow clone, only when the enemy was completely prepared and in a better position, so that he could strike first it made a difference. and i doubt that sasuke would charge with chidori without sharingan, he doesnt need to if he has a 5 meter long chidori speer.
pain underestimated naruto completely. if it was different, he wouldnt have fought him there, but run until god path is ready again, instead he was even surprised that chibuka tensei was broken by the fox.
if your talking about the Wind Release: Rasengan then it's better than chidori,but sasuke has more lighting techniques then just chidori that would work just fine against naruto and sasuke can use fire which can beat naruto's wind. and naruto woukdn't use a Wind Release: Rasengan like that or else he would have done it.
naruto is as fast as sauke normal. the fox does not always save naruto. the first time against haku sasuke got beat even with sharingan. when they fought at valleys end sasuke activated sharingan tht is why naruto lost and kyuubi came out. u bringin traits from part 1. only time in part 2 when he was saved was against pain. and even sasuke mangekyo saved his behind against raikage and danzo. he needs it every fight. naruto can kick sasukes butt without the fox. in the databook they have equal 3.5 taijutsu and sasuke has 4 speed 2 naruto's 3.5 speed. its not a big difference. he is not 2 fast 4 naruto.
He learned that Jutsu from Orochimaru, if he had never had the Sharingan then Ororchimaru would have never tried to get Sasuke. Sasuke would never of had the Curse Seal. Any & every Jutsu he learned from Oro he would not have. & he never would have got that Sword he uses Chidori threw. & In the Manga it is said that Kabuto using his medical Jutsu gave Sasuke's body upgrades, so that would have never happened.
well sasuke and naruto havn't really battle in part 2 and when they did sasuke far outclassed naruto and the 3rd ninja databook says that sasuke's speed is a 4.5 and they might have equal taijutsu but sasuke has a sword and how is it that naruto has more chakra without the 9-tails it doesn't eat naruto's chakra at every second were did you come up with that.
kakashi said that a huge amount of naruto's chakra is used 2 help the seal supress the fox. and without the fox naruto wud have ten times more chakra then he displays now. its beleivable considering nagato's huge amount f chakra. they both uzumaki
