Naruto chakra control is better , him mastering rasengan alone puts him above sakura ( rasengan is the highest form of spartial compositon, or highest shape manipulation,...now combinig nature chakra to it, something "3" legendary shinobi have failed to do....he even went further to combine a kekkei genkai to this rasenshuriken (lava)....no one can beat that)...more feats
