Naruto's advanced ninjutsu going forward from the Kakuzu Arc has been constantly improving his chakra control. In BM he is able to fine tune his chakra to each individual specifically. That is one hell of a feat. It certainly isn't impossible his control has surpassed that of Sakura.

She precisely use all her chakra to the fullest without wasting any of it. She healed thousands of injuries of all types at the same time. She kept chakra in her head in 1 spot for 3 years nonstop. She is able to use barley to no chakra left in the best ways.( saving naruto's life) she can release mass amount of chakra in one spot instantly.

She is more skilled and delicate at this area

- One of the best medical ninja in the world. Medical ninjutsu requires high chakra control as you are manipulating the chakra for extremely precise operations and healing even to do with the cells of the human body.

-She and Tsunade are one of the few people shown in the manga who able to create extremely strong chakra-enhanced strength with requires further chakra control.

-Finally she was able to perform the white strength seal which stores chakra over a long period of time to a specific point. This technique also demonstrates her chakra control.


Naruto:
- Firstly he could create the rasengan which is supposed to require insane chakra control because it is the "shape transformation of one's chakra to the "highest possible point"" (Narutopedia). The rasengan doesn't have any definite limits because once created the chakra can sustain itself.

- He created the jutsu, wind release: rasengan and rasenshurken which is mixing one's chakra element with the Rasengan, emphasising the combination of the highest forms of Shape Transformation and Nature Transformation. Yamato considered doing this requires incredible chakra skill (something Kakashi couldn't do)

-He trained and was able to achive perfect sage mode. Something even Jiraiya couldn't do (perfectly). Sage mode is the result of using natural energy along with a shinobi's normal chakra to drastically empower all of their abilities. The ability to draw and blend natural energy with the users own chakra requires very high chakra control and focus.

-He was able to control Kurama's power (this is still when he was training with Bee) which requires a lot of focus to maintain that high amount of chakra. Actually it takes a lot of chakra control for any Jinchuuriki to control the tailed beasts.

- Once he became friends with Kurama, he achieved BM. This is quite hard to maintain as the chakra concentration is so high that it creates a very durable cloak.

-Furthermore he was able to create a massive tailed beast ball in this state with Kurama's help ofc. To form the attack, they gather both positive black chakra and negative white chakra, shape it into a sphere, and then compress it. Haha also the black and white chakra needs to be balanced at an 8:2 ratio.

- He became so skilled to transmit and transform Kurama's and his chakra to every shinobi without any training. Also recently he turned BSM which requires you to collect and mash together Nature, Kurama's and Naruto's chakra.

- Finally he achieved an even more perfect sage mode and can now do a one handed lava rasenshuriken mixing 3 elements.

Why the so much sakura seal is the pinnacle of cc. That is total $#!t.

Sage mode is not easy to achieve cause it demands adding extra mixture to the ying and yang of your chakra and balancing them all out and also maintaining it. Rasengan needs high level of chakra control also. It takes perfect master of chakra control to manipulate chakra and nature at same time which is something even minato, jiraiya and kakashi couldn't achieve. Naruto achieved that thereby creating rasenshuriken and it also takes higher mastery of chakra control to hurl a jutsu which is a feat only naruto has. Also transfering kurama's chakra to the SA with just a single touch requires great chakra control and also bijuu chakra does not juts match with anybody he needs to tune the chakra to match with there which is a feat only bijuus were said to have by kurama but naruto could do all that with a single touch.
