well, in order to use genjutsu, the opponent needs to have chakra, since they don´t have chakra you can´t use genjutsu on them

Ki is the basic form everybody have, it's either way called energy/aura/chakra. it's just how you put the reference, in the naruto verse it's called chakra ok. now in the db/dbz/dbgt verse it's called energy some of them refer it to powerlevel or Ki. it's all the same it's just a different reference.

the only way i could see a ninja win is maybe by a genjutsu

CORRECT.. but since the shows use different terms, people overlook it and believe it to be something different. Also, Danzou could use the dream reality technique n kill off some dbz characters, Mizukage can use that acid mist technique n melt down some dbz characters, Tsuchikage can use Genkaihakuri no Jutsu n smash down some dbz characters so anyway you put it its about which characters strike first cause there are possibilities that Naruto characters can come out with a win

all in all the genjutsu factor is still there, no one in naruto except for shikamaru has broken out of a genjutsu on his own, and thats becasue hes to smart for his own good. no one in dbz is even close to his genuis. i doubt dbz characters could release them selves with out the help of another, like in naruto every one that gets broken out of a genjutsu is broke out by a friend of some one interupts the user.

ok but dbz is not filled with just ssj they got piccolo krillin the andriods they will be destroyed (its possible im not saying its a fact) and if Itachi caught someone like raditz or anyone stupid like him thats a sayin or maybe even bardock in a Genjustu the battle is done because no dbz character has been faced with an attack like that so they wont realize its not reality as quickly but (AND IM GIVING YOU THIS)
IT IS USED ON SOMEONE LIKE GOKU, GOHAN, OR VEGETA THAT (THAT CONSTANTLUY GO SSJ+ THEN THEYLL BE ABLE TO BREAK IT BUT WHAT ABOUT DEIDARA USING THOSE CELLULAR BOMBS BLOWING THEIR INSIDES OUT NO AMOUNT OF SSJ+ CAN STOP THAT ASLONG AS DEIDARA DOES THIS WHILE HIDDEN SO NO DBZ CHARACTER WILL PUNCH HIS FACE OFF..
