[Discussion] Naruto = So6P??? (Scans please)

It seems we got messed up. Summing it up, as long as we understand that the Sage's essence was inherited through the Bijuu ("how" are details, let's not stop on these trivial matters), we are ok.

About the question...

I said it earlier... power is not the first thing on the list I think Naruto will inherit from the Sage. I'm betting from him becoming his successor in terms of ideals (not a replacement). I'm not shut to Naruto inheriting his power, but first thing is first: The sage's ideals will be what Naruto inherit.

Also, the foreshadowing of Juubi seeing the Bijuus (and by consequence the Sage's essence) inside Naruto is almost too obvious... Manga is shouting that Naruto will recieve a Ten Tail Jinchuuriki state at some point. This is the foreshadow, something that can't be proven, but also can't be proven wrong... a solid possibility.

I don't talk about the Rinnegan since we don't know how the Sage awakened it. We only know how Madara did it.

In order to become a jinchuuriki you need a bijuu. The Mazo is the Juubi, (chakraless) and the bijuu are its chakra. That is why even after the bijuu's chakra was extracted from Obito the Mazo remained.

For this reason Naruto without the Mazo can't become the 10 tails Jinchuuriki. In time Naruto may gain a portion of chakra similar to the Juubi, (pseudo Juubi jin.)but he can't become a true Jinchuuriki. I don't know... also, it's true that Hashirama's body is kind like the body of the Juubi but... I don't think his body is equal to the Mazou. I mean, Zetsu was created from Hashirama's cells using the Mazou as catalyst, meaning that Hashirama only gave the DNA while the Mazou gave the lifeforce.

So Hashirama is complementary to the Mazou, not equal in terms of pragma.

Also (maybe in another thread) I'll give enough proof to state that the Jinchuuriki have to be hosts full of lifeforce/physical energy. There are three cases that covered this pre-requisite.

You know you shouldn't take for granted what Kurama has said. Kurama knows what the sage told him. Kurama also thought that the Juubi is a completely mindless beast, soemthing which was proven wrong afterwards.

I don't see how yin and yang is relevant. The sage chose the younger son because of his ideals and belefs, not because of his yang powers. There are a lot of Uchiha that has the same ideals and beliefs as the Senju has. If the eldest son had the same beliefs as the younger, he would've been chosen as the successor, so yin and yang is irrelevant.

I don't think Naruto will become the juubi jin, but there is a possibilty that he may gain psuedo-juubi powers from the bijuus chakra. He doesn't have to be the sage's reincarnation to be his successor because he has the same ideals and beliefs as the younger son who the sage made successor. But successor does mean that he will follow in the sage's footsteps to find peace, so that kinda gives him the sage's title...even if he doesn't reach the sage's level in power, as long as he succeeds where the sage failed.

That Naruto will become the Juubi Jin. and that he will gain the Rinnengan. Naturally, I think it's BS, but I understand how a lot of you came to this assumption at least in the latest chapters. Mistranslations! especially ones in which the bijuu are referencing Naruto in recent chapter

Awesome, + rep these are the kinds of ideas I can agrea with. Naruto's power won't be that of the original So6P,
But he may gain some other power. Naruto is definitely the person that the So6P foretold, but ppl think that means he will become the juubi jin or obtain the rinnengan which IMO is ridiculous. Thank you for your post.

Well, frankly its the only major theory that I can't stand. Not only does it go against Kishimoto's foretold progression of the manga, but it goes against the very things Naruto even stood for. It makes him seem like a hypocrite.

1. Centralized power the manga states the need for a separation.

2. It solves nothing. The prejudice of the bijuu will still be there when Naruto is gone. They will still be hated/ pursued for their power and used as weapons just as soon as Naruto dies, because the beasts would have been inside his body the whole time. The ppl won't come to acknowledge the bijuu as he has bcuz they won't have had the time to appreciate THEM.

3. Naruto comes off as a hypocrite because he is using the same methods that the villains used. Even if it is with good reason. There needs to be a clear separation between good guys and bad guys (sounds lame I know, but couldn't think of a better way to say it.) Thats why I don't even want Sasuke to get the Rinnengan, it makes him too much like the opposition.

4.It messes with the story's foretold progression. If Naruto is leagues stronger than Madara or even Sasuke what's the point of a fight at all? Its boring.

5. Naruto getting a sharingan related doujutsu....... really do I really have to even explain that one.

Teamwork, comradary, balance if Naruto Becomes the Juubi jinchuuriki all of ideologies that have been so present in the manga go right down the crapper.

IMO Naruto becoming the Juubi jin. Is literally the one thing that can not be allowed to happen in this manga.
