No doubt it's true. First of all please read the thread first and then reply.
1. All the hardcore readers of Naruto should know how EMS works. It enables one to prevent loss of eyesight which Uchiha's face while using MS. It does not provide you with extra chakra, increased strength, speed or reflexes. Neither does it provide one a new ability.
2.Perfect susanoo is a mystery and most probable achieved with the help of the Senju DNA (like any other ocular ability). So I am not counting that Sasuke has one.
When Obito (Tobi) was talking to Sasuke, the zetsu clone informed that pain was defeated by Naruto and he even stated that Naruto is possible stronger than Sasuke. "He might have made an assumption". This is what fans say but Zetsu knows all abilities of Sasuke including Kirin, Susanoo and Amateresu. He also knows how Pain was defeated by Naruto. So even if his statement was an assumption it held some ground to it.
ABILITIES OF SASUKE AND HOW NARUTO WOULD DODGE IT...
1. Amateresu:- Sasuke was able to dodge it when Itachi attacked him with it. How was he able to do it? He saw Itachi close his eyes, giving off pressure and his eye started bleeding, so he moved from his position even without knowing about the attack. But I think, now every ninja knows of Amateresu and can dodge it.
(I) Naruto's base speed is equal to Sasuke's. He was able to restrain Kakashi and prepare a rasengan to match Sasuke's chidori when Sasuke tried to kill sakura. I think proves that Naruto has improved his base speed after coming from the mount Myoboku.
(II) Also Naruto can use his multi shadow clone to create 100 shadow clone (casual amount for Naruto, LOL) to confuse Sasuke. He would have 1% chance of hitting Naruto if Naruto was even in front of the clones.
2. Susanoo:- Itachi's susanoo was able to tank Kirin because of his susanoo's special shield. Sasuke doesn't have one. His imperfect susanoo have been broken several times and his perfect susanoo was damaged greatly by Danzo's summoning.
(I) Naruto could use his summoning to great effect. He could use food cart destroyer where a toad is summoned from a great height and the toad falls on a target. In the latest chapter 296, Naruto summoned a toad to fall upon a bunch of zetsu clones while staying on ground.
(II) I think 3 or 4 toads with their own jutsu's and weapons can take care of Sasuke's susanoo. If required Naruto can summon more. He can even use combination Jutsu's.
(III) Susanoo arrow can be dodged, it is not like travels at a speed of light. Naruto can use his clones to protect him.
3. KIRIN:- It takes a lot of prep, and chakra to use it. It is not like Sasuke will get enough time to use it. Naruto will get underground like Kakashi(LOL).
4.Blaze release:- Sasuke has a special ability called Blaze release. It makes his Amateresu faster than usual and he can form shapes with it.
(I) Naruto may use his clones , a lot of them.
(II) In SM, his sensing power is greater than genius sensor ninja's. He was able to know that Kakashi dies in the leaf village whose population is more than 10 thousand and covers a large area. Also after syncing with Kurama, he has naturally become the best sensor around. So he will definitely sense it coming and dodge it as KM he is the fastest man alive or even in SM his speed equals 3-4 gates speed
5. Genjutsu:- Sasuke's Genjutsu didn't work on Bee and now that Naruto and Kurama are BFF I don't think it will work on him even if it was Itachi's Genjutsu.
SPEED, STAMINA, STRENGTH
1. Even in SM, Naruto becomes faster than Sasuke and in KM, Sasuke is not his league.
2. Naruto has Sage's Body and thus incredible stamina. His chakra are many times greater than Sasuke's.
3. In SM Naruto was able to throw a whole summoning away like to toy and break rocks and stones with ease. His body become incredibly tough even stones break against it.
FEATS
1. Naruto defeated Kage level ninja's with his clones in KM. He defeated 5 paths of pain in SM and the deva path all by himself.
2. Sasuke has killed samurai's and zetsu's.
SOME ARGUMENTS
1. Naruto will take a lot of time to enter SM:- In latest episodes and in manga chapters, Naruto was able to enter SM without meditating and within seconds.
2. Amateresu or Genjutsu stomps:- I have explained these.
