Sasuke was in darkness at that point and he has been treating his team better for months before he left.
Even when he told Naruto that he should let them drop if they get in the way Sakura was still hoping that the Sasuke she knew would return and eventually he did

Sasuke never really atoned for his actions. Now if Sasuke did what Zuko in The Last Airbender to atone, that would have been understandable. However, it was forced.

I'm pretty sure that when it came to Naruto, Hinata wanted to "walk beside him" not be as strong as he was. She reached that goal.

Sakura on the other hand never did become as strong as either Sasuke or Naruto.

Ridiculously strong? After getting her power-up Hashirama said that Sakura "might" be stronger than Tsuande. But the last time he saw Tsunade it was before she had developed the Yin Seal herself and before she even reached puberty.:|

So after 3 years of hardwork Sakura is not even on the same tier as Naruto and Sasuke. She was also still a dismal in stress a few times, which wanted to changed. Sakura failed pretty hard...

Even without them they were always very versatile fighters. Who had learned some impressive jutsues. Even ones they created on there own. Naruto and Sasuke are geniuses in there own way. What had Sakura done so different than Tsunade?

Because as a main character and the story's heroine, you have high expectations for such characters. Even if she couldn't be as strong as either of those two, at least make her strong enough to not require saving. Kishi literally trolled her at her most redeeming moment.

He gives her an asspull power up and what does he do next? Has her saved by both Sasuke and Naruto.

Even when it comes to plot relevance, she's fodder. The other 3 MCs are directly linked to the story, Naruto by being the nine tails host, Sasuke by being an Uchiha and his goal with Itachi and revenge, and Kakashi through his background with Obito.

What does Sakura have that's so directly tied on with the main plot? Nothing.

She's just tagging along side Team 7. A character with no background whom supposedly represents human weakness.

Great point.Sakura also wanted to fight Akatsuki for wanting to capture Naruto,which made Naruto suffer alot,but people seem to only focus on how Sakura cared for Sasuke.

Tsunade is a Senju/Uzumaki mix and Sakura is not. So the fact that Sakura has managed to obtain and successfully use Tsunades techniques at her age says a lot but you'll never see the people your talking to admit it. Sakura is one of the strongest of her generation.

Not having a smidgen of backstory tends to make people not care. Might be why Hinata was so popular in contrast to her panel time. Too bad Kishimoto didn't do shit with her backstory other than to make her Naruto's wife.
