Yea....I've ALWAYS been pro NaruHina and knew NaruSaku wouldn't happen, HOWEVER, Kishi is insulting our intelligence with the whole "Naruto didn't really love Sakura thing".....that flashback with Sai did not show a man who didn't genuinely love a girl or only wanted her bc she wanted his rival.

That said, his loving her didn't mean they were meant to end up together. Naruto accepted Sakura loved Sasuke from part 1. I think he had a MATURE love that only wanted her to be happy..if that meant with Sasuke, then so be it. So his heart had moved on.

Whether or not the red herring stuff is common, Kishi would've been better off properly developing the friggin pairing her planned on from the beginning and actually showing some positive development between SS.....now, Sakura looks like an utter joke by ending up with a dude who was ready to let her burn in a pit of fire just 7 chapters prior. It's ridiculous.

Sasuke was in darkness at that point and he has been treating his team better for months before he left.
Even when he told Naruto that he should let them drop if they get in the way Sakura was still hoping that the Sasuke she knew would return and eventually he did

OK, that's acceptable because shippuden was about naruto understanding sasuke and getting him back. Neji dying for a pairing?......how does that benefit the mangas plot? Sorry to say but hinata isn't even a main character. this isn't a love manga. Why should Neji die to play cupid? I get that he also died and Naruto's resolve to win was strengthened (and thats why i accepted his death before) but in that SUPPOSED interview, Kishimoto said Neji died to play cupid to naruhina.

I could very well be wrong here, but didn't Sai think that the only reason Naruto was chasing after Sasuke was for Sakura? Pretty sure that's why he said it like that. He thought the pain Naruto was feeling was exclusively due to his thus far failed promise to bring Sasuke back for Sakura. That wasn't the case. He wanted him back just as much for himself as for her.

Look regardless of what ever the reason he died. Neji's downfall was not his death, it was his character that had little to do with the plot in part 2. Yes I know this is not a romance manga. But we still got a romance movie regardless? Meaning romance was gonna play a role in Naruto's life when he got older. This is nothing but a natural development for any human being. So I am not sure why you have a problem with it?

2. The definition of love is "intense feeling of deep affection". Real Love doesn't need to be expressed verbally when its actionary.
