Why do you keep insisting Sasuke is to experienced to get surprised the sharigan. Rofl the sharigan only belongs to his deceased clan that was killed off by his brother. We already witnessed the drama he went through with that in part 1. Of course that would be one of the few things that would catch him off guard. Yes but Naruto didn't have the same attachments and traumatizing experience as Sasuke did with the Uchiha clan, also Naruto got warned that Shin had the sharingan ,it's true that he didn't say MS but Naruto still had a heads up

It was most likely a one time thing. Sasuke hasn't seen the sharigan in years and Sasuke didn't really fail. It wasn't his goal to bring Shin in until he deduced that Shin was a threat to the village. That's why he later informed Naruto... Naruto was the one who was informed on the situation and that's why he was the one who claimed he would put shin in prison.

Naruto didn't do his duty as hokage and remove a potential threat from the village off the streets. Even while using his full power.

Truth be told, if Sasuke used his Ms in conjunction with Susanoo to protect himself from shin the Sasuke haters who happen to be Naruto fappers would say Sasuke was a weakling. In other words, when Shin escaped from Sasuke they claimed Sasuke (Base or 3t) was a weakling, now that Shin escaped from Naruto (BM or RSM) he is the solo god

Obviously. If Sasuke used his rinnegan powers that means he has the intent to stop shin with his full power. It doesn't matter if shin would get neg diffed with or without. The fact Naruto pulled out RSM speaks volumes for how much he is holding back. Especially since base or sm was the level we previously thought would be all Naruto needed for shin.
