Your fanfic is amusing. Sasuke didn't see the boys clothes he just noticed his presence. If he saw his clothes he wouldn't be surprised later on by his appearance. Once he solo'd him without sharigan you can see it in his face he thought the boy was a survivor of some sort and asked who he was.

The boy didn't approach him, he ambushed him. So therefore Shin had the element of the surprise and Sasuke was in a emotional state. It's not an excuse because it was the truth. Sasuke just isn't as cold blooded as you think he is.

Can you show me where Kishi said Sasuke's job is to protect the "world" or even a village? Why would Sasuke even care about any other village other than Konoha?It's the kages job to defend it, not a travelers.

Shin had the "surpise attack" advantage over Sasuke. Sasuke was in base mode and also was stunned by the Uchiha as he has not seen one since the war,therefor Shin managed to escape

Sasuke informed and warned Naruto about Shin.This means Naruto had the advantage over Shin.

Naruto's job is to protect and care for the village, Shin was a big threat to it, so how come RSM Naruto didn't capture him?

Why do you keep insisting Sasuke is to experienced to get surprised the sharigan. Rofl the sharigan only belongs to his deceased clan that was killed off by his brother.
