Oh My Kami... 10/5 chapter. I fanboyed this chapter, this has got to be my favorite chapter of this arc cause it reminds me of Kishi's old style. But this chapter had it all for me, everything I could want in a chapter and the plot progression was spot on. I thought this story would get dragged out and explained but I felt Kishi didn't waste any panels, not even with the flashback he had. He got his point across with the story real quick while still filling us in on the history.
Another thing, this single chapter either shitted on your theories are starting to confirm them. I thought the Sage's brother wrote the tablet but I was completely wrong. On the other hand, Kaguya had the Byukugan and the Sage's hair looked dark red! Oh man, NB is gonna be poppin' this week.
As for my favorite part, SASUKE IS BACK! Not only is Sasuke back but just like so many Sasuke fans have predicted, he's meeting the Sage (shame on all those Sasuke haters btw). To make it even better, it seems as if Sasuke is even making the decision to put an end to this epidemic along with Naruto! I'm willing to bet that while Naruto thought of his friends, Sasuke thought of Itachi and his actions for Konoha, which is why the Sage gave Sasuke power as well.
Again, great chapter. This chapter brought out what I liked about Naruto. Not the whole being a messiah thing like it seemed to be like before but his want to protect his friends is why guides him in his decisions. Can't wait til next week, looks like Gai still has some fight in him!
