the time you have posted this you should realized that this madara's form was his strongest. he got senju dna,experienced,renigan. while tobirama was revived in ALMOST his full power lol
1. Edo Hokages aren't @ their full power, even Madara said something like that in this chapter
2. Madara could only survive because of Sage Mode
3. Madara clearly said that he waited to see Tobirama being killed by himself for a Long time. Now we know that Madara was alive and healthy even after Hashirama's death when Tobirama was the Hokage U_U
As the title suggests that Tobirama is clearly above EMS Madara [EMS Madara was in the same era as Tobirama and he himself said that Tobirama was the fastest U_U]

Now we know that Madara can control people through the black rods. He almost completely took over Obito and Hashi has many, many more in him then Obito did. IMO Madara was manipulating Hashi into giving Sasuke chakra or what ever so that when he attacked he would think he had the upper hand. Sasuke played into his hand and was left helpless before Madara stabbed him. Now Sasuke is on the verge of death with Senju chakra and an EMS.... its basically madara picking a new set of eyes of the shelf.

Where did u see Tobirama using Hariashin Lvl 2 ? If he is so smart and he can use hirasin lvl 2 yet he didnt spread kunais and didnt avoid the dmg ? He cant use that wast hirashin lvl give a fact where he uses hirashin lvl 2 that was simply marked tobirama kunai and then teleport it to his hand.
