Sadly this week I could only give it a mid 4/5. I know this shows how they started to realize things and possibly even being forced to break away because obviously someone is going to die here (one or both of the parents). Which I guess is what they wanted anyway.. So if Hashi's dad dies, does that make him the leader so soon? Same with Madara's dad if he dies.

Madara and Hashirama are about equal and since Hashi's dad said that Madara is fully capable to stand his own against adults.. leads me to believe that Hashi can as well (or will soon be able to). Before you pick sides, it was shown that they were clearly equal, even without their clans trademarks. So, if both parents do die, or if at least one does....?? Just think about that for a bit XD. I will be kind of annoyed if no one dies next update, which is why it's a mid 4.

Anyway, the only saving graces for this chapter is showing the mountain where the hokage will be and also the last 2-4 pages. Sorry Kishi.. it just didn't bring it compared to last week.

The only thing that was somewhat ironic is how Hashirama says he wants to make a village where children won't be sent to violent battlefields... xD

not that ironic because they're 8yo that time if I'm not mistaken and 8yo in naruto's time kids are in th academy and the time when they are genin genin is only allowed in their rules to have class d and class c mission which is much more less violent than hasirama's time

I really liked this week's chapter. It was pretty touching at the end when the both of them warned each other of the approaching danger. I wonder what actually made Madara change. It's nice to know that the concept of the shinobi of the Leaf village comes from the both of them, and I'm liking Hashirama more and more. We'll have to see about Madara.

Solid 5 imo. It seems that all of the op villains in the series were all good shinobi from the start. These past two chapters have painted Madara in a whole new light but he's obviously still an ass for the whole juubi moons eyes thing. Maybe he will hav an epiphany and cancel everything out himself or maybe even patch things up with Hashirama. That would be a kick ass ending to the battle as long as there is an insanely huge fight right before it.

So later they form the alliance and build the village that's supposed to protect children but... without Madara's younger brother whom he promised to protect at all costs at the time of the idea. This is one tragic sht lmao.

It's a lil disappointing to know that they were equal in strength when they were young, and later on Madara needed the EMS to be on par with Hashi. Then again, I don't know what will happen next so..

4/5. I'm really enjoying reading through the past history of these two, if you're going to complain and give it a 1 because there's not a bunch of action in it you're reading the wrong manga. Naruto has always been about story along with action, story should always come first, next chapter looks to be packed with some action.
