Are you stupid? It's good that the story progresses slow for this flashback, otherwise the flashback would end. In like 1-2 episodes...it needs to be detailed so we know a lot about these two and their times

So you like that the story progresses slow because the flashbacks will not end like this ? I'not sure i get your logic ! I also want these flashbacks to last cuz we see Hashi & Madara but you should respect the opinion of other people!

Izuna and Tobinarama look so cute!!! Just want to hug them both! Madara reputation at that age precedes him, that one strong kid. Madara's Dad looks like he has sharinga in his mouth, the dude looks mean.

I still don't see how this answers Sasuke's question.. But I guess their story is interesting.

I'm at a loss as to why anyone wouldn't understand what's going on atm, Sasuke asked what is a shinobi, a village? how did it all start and for what purpose. Hashirama is telling Sasuke how and why the village system was brought into existence, now it's plain to see that both Madara and Hasirama wanted to build a better shinobi world, where children would get to be children along with being hard working and disciplined and kept away from horrors of the adult world. As the same as when Asuma says to Shikamaru to protect the king ie the children! That's passed down in Konoha to protect the "king". Sasuke is getting his answers through the telling of Hashi's story.

Now to see what happens in this current predicament :O, I'm looking forward to finding out what type of person Izuna was and why Madara changed to be the reviled villian we've always known him to be. As I said last week, interesting times ahead!

The ending is good, but overall, i don't like this chapter. It doesn't have any significant event. It only show that the 2 clan really hate each other, also i agree that next week we will see "Tobirama must have been the one who killed Izuna or Hasihrama jumped to save his brother and killed Izuna in the process"

Izuna can't die yet. He has to awaken and give Madara his MS first.

Those who are saying Izuna's bad; he's not. It just happened that in that era, they couldn't trust anyone.

Madara was such a lovely kid back then. Soo in retrospect the Senju's are the reason for why he is the way he is now. Never thought I'd see the day where i feel pretty bad for Madara.

Sasuke wanted to know the mindset of the Fore fathers of the Uchiha and Senju Clan. That's why hashirama father is getting so much screen time

To me it sounds like Hashirama was building a system where children didn't have to fight. Shinobi basically would be adults only and children like Sasuke could go to school and be happy in relative peace. That's my take on the shinobi
