I can at least say that I am no noob as I have all 52 released books and reads the new chapters on managstream. (I have not seen the anime though)
I like your theory but we saw both sasuke's mother and father lying dead on the floor. You also said that Obito was surely dead so why does Fugaku have any more reason to be alive than Obito?

And as I said before, I stated more assumptions than only the name.

If he believes Fugaku is Tobi/Madara he defiantly have to give Obito a chance of being him also.... Because this is too farfetched and deep for me!

Zetsu clones can copy anyone. They copy the chakra and the person.

When you kill a zetsu clone it can stay in it's copy form even after death.
(like when killer bee and A fought Kisame. It was a zetsu clone, and even after they cut his head off it still looked like Kisame)

My theory states that Fugaku made a zetsu clone to take his place the night of the massacre to fool itachi into thinking he killed him. He did that because he already knew Itachi was plotting against him and the entire uchiha clan.

So when you saw Fugaku on the ground it was a zetsu clone, and like I said before, I proved that tobi was already using zetsu parts when he fought Minato.

Obito, however, was NOT a zetsu clone, because he never met zetsu. Obito was crushed right in front of his team members. They SAW him get crushed and die.

i think izuna may not be a good character to be as the mystery mask guy...coz no exiting details being introduce...he was juz being introduced only as the brother of madara whO voluntarily offer, gave his eyes, for madara to have EMS. izuna is lame to be the great antagonist...think of other...ok? hehe

They saw half his body crushed and they saw rocks covering him, did they see him die? no. otherwise they would be dead too since it was a cave in. did they recover his body? doesnt say they did or didnt. thats what your not understanding. unless you can PROVE he died or that his body was recovered which would mean someone couldnt use it as a vessel, you cant disprove ppl thoughts on it being obito or just being his body with someone else running it. all im saying lol. and i know zetsu didnt know obito, but he could have found his body and saw the damage and tried to repair it with parts of him to use.

by time fugaku got weak dude even itachi surpassed him and i know about zetzu and stuff zetzu was created who knows when but that doesnt mean anything madara probably created zetzu some time before the leaf attack and zetzu might of found obitos body and done something with it and i re read the manga and saved the important stuff on my computer besides u have a different opinning dude i wont get throu u and u wont get throu me we have a different idea and facts on these i can show u links and facts to y i think its possible that it mite be obito and it still wont change your mind so i wont waist my time on doing that and as i said before and i will say it again its a possibility that is not obito i am not even a fan of obito but still does not mean i can think that is possible to be him

madara is dead and was killed by 1st hokage...

You ain't proving anything factual guy you are assuming something that is bogus as much as Obito being Tobi/Madara.... This is your theory your entitled to it but geesh guy come back to reality your thinking too much into the story since this new chain of events just happend!
