Wow 5/5 best chapter this year?

Itachi surpasses Minato as a Shinobi. Itachi is and was the greatest ninja ever. Hands down no one can surpass his planning and sacrifice for Konoha. He kept Shisui's MS! Did we not know he had an MS??? Shisui must have been one helluva ninja.

As for Shisui's eye, thats one powerful genjutsu. I guess it lasts forever? Kinda ironic and sucks how Shisui's decade MS genjutsu was used on Itachi who already is head over heels for Konoha.

Also it has been proven how much of a badass Nagato is.
Sorry Itachi fans, Amertasu has no affect on Shinra Tensei. Even if it got thru the 5 sec mark and starts burning he can get rid of it. Damn Nagato is beastly.
Nagato got 8 tail larioted but then got his chakra sucked.

Btw to all viewers. Nagato isn't sucking his chakra he's sucking his soul.

ok, here are my thoughts...

itachi

itachi is not back as a human being. he still is a zombi, not having his real body, but the body of the sacriface made for the IWR. So there is no way for him getting back to normal.

the question is if now that he broke free from kabutos control, is kabuto still able to just end the technique, resummon him and then he is being controlled again? or do we have an immortal itachi, who can use his eyes again on the side of the JSA? would be cool

itachi said, you need the chakra of hashirama, not the chakra of somebody related to him. so tsunades chakas won't work, neither that of naruto because he is an uzumaki and distantly related to the senju...blablabla. it has to be the chakra of the first. so either the cells that madara obtained or yamato. but as itachi must have known of yamato, i guess he would have considered that possibility. anyway, naruto will find a way to make the eye work again, otherwise kichi would not have mentioned that possibility

about shisui having ms... we all know that there is an other way to get ms, besides killing your best friend-> kakashi. but as itachi wanted sasuke to do so, i think it must be something that itachi thought sasuke would not be able to do. i got no idea what that would be, but i think kakshi and shisui both got their ms that way. maybe your best friend dyeing is enough. although i got no idea who that could have been in kakashis case.

Great Chapter! Imo towards the end where Nagato says "Human Path" and then places his hand on Naruto he places it on the seal of the Fox so I'd be willing to bet that he is going to pull the Fox's spirit out, not Naruto's.

this was an epic chapter! loved everything about it! there was not one thing i didnt like! the crow turned out to be what expected! and ocular jutsu and a baddass one! who would have thought it was Shisuis! and Itachi breaking out of that technique like that! that was epic! i wonder whats gonna happen next! it looked like nagato obsorbed a bit of naruto's chakra to complete himself right? nagato in his prime! probably be stong enough to take on itachi, bee, and naruto at the same time~

Ive always liked nagato somehow but now hes goddame epic hes true power at the fullest against 3 of the strongest shinobi's alive (exept itachi)

Itachi hes even smarter then shikamaru well im glad that shisui's eye worked on itachi would be stupid to not have an epic fight between naruto and sasuke dont wanna miss that cause of that gift

Bee as funny as always just love the guy the 4 that gonna fight now are my all time favo but still it got me thinking is kabuto strong enough to surpress nagato's will on complete strenght

Cant wait till next week AGAIN epic battle but i think in mids of that battle it will zap to another got a strange feeling about that

hmm Shisui didnt have the mangekyu sharingan but had the most strongest genjutsu! well what would of happend if he went and activated the mangekyu? well the crow is for a counter on sasuke! but now that he has itachis eyse, doesnt that open up to a whole new level of power! shisuis genjutsu is based on the regular sharingan which has limits! but EMS is eternal! i think sasuke will developed a new genjutsu to counter the crow!

If you look carefully to those panels, you will see that Nagato was defeated by Amaterasu. But him being resurrected by EDO TENSEI, started healing and could repel the flames.

2.Epic Nagato vs Itachi fight --> Nagato Sealing Itachi in the end
3.Meanwhile Naruto & Fox heavily discuss, eventually Foxy helps Naruto revive
4.Naruto vs Nagato, seals Nagato

Itachi is BAD AZZ!! However, despite how many have suggested this, i doubt he's better than the 4th. Close race, though. But no cigar.

Naruto is in some hot water! Nagato is taking his soul, not his chakra. Since Naruto has TWO souls in him, maybe he's taking the nine tails soul and leaving the nine tails' chakra and naruto's soul? Idk.. should be interesting to find out though.

I always though Shisui had something to do with Madara. I always thought that btw madara controlled the mizukage and all the Akatsuki members (including Sasuke), I always thought he had the help of Shisui's eye. Guess not.

Itachi is freed! I don't think Kabuto can subdue him anymore. I think the only way for him to go back to the spiritual realm is thru talk-no-jutsu like sasori and the others went thru. This is awesome because, the only way for him to release himself from this world is if he talks with Sasuke. That will be an epic moment in Naruto history, and i cant wait!

The only thing that annoyed me was that even with Nagato full strength he unable to break out of Kabuto hold over him. I know Itachi was one of my fav but literally now he is my favourite one. I swear there should be a short manga after Naruto ended called Itachi, Showing everything he had to go through.

Nagato did not overcome the edo tensei, Itachi did. Nagato is still under kabuto's command. Read it again

Hmm.. Sounds plausible. What makes u think Kagami is shisui's father?

Also, Itachi's MS could control space and time. Shisui's MS can control one's mind without the user knowing. Does each MS have a special ability? if so, what is Sasuke's and Madara's ???

Nagato's hair is red lol just clearing that up.

Shisui having the MS was nicely developed in my opinion not hax as some people seem to think for a few reasons.

1. We had never seen the standard Sharingan give additional powers so why would his be any different.
2. It develops his character more in the same manner as Itachi, sacrificing himself for the village.
3. It prevents Itachi from always being claimed to have hax for the Uchiha clan massacre since for all we know he used Shisui's eye back then to have help (which may fit the timeline of every ten years but im not checking right now lol)
4. It also shows that Danzo was rather brilliant himself when he was younger to be able to take Shisui's eye while he was still alive.

I see what you are saying but you're not 100% right. The fact is that we have seen Shisui's powers previously, without MS active. This means that his normal sharingan was indeed capable of the genjutsu. I mean Danzo was indeed able to use it, so Shisui's regular sharingan was indeed capable of a minor form of the power, with about 1 day cooldown. In regard to his MS, it clearly is more powerful but has roughly a 10 year cooldown, which in fact doesn't match the timeline you're suggesting.

The Uchiha massacre was 5 years before the start of the series, 8 years before shippuden. So it doesn't make sense that he can use it about 8.5 years later if the cooldown is "at least a decade". Therefore, it has to be assumed that he did not use it at that time. More likely, Shisui used it one last time before he gave it over to Itachi, which would be closer to the timeline.

I agree with you that it adds self sacrifice to Shisui's character and depth to Danzo's level of intelligence, but Shisui could clearly use a form of the special genjutsu without having his MS active.
