i was actually thinking that madra and naruto would have a face off by now.! but talking with the nine tails was also actually cool. who knows.., maybe he'll help naruto.

This week's chapter, while not the most action packed or eventful, had big things happening in it. First off, I think that Naruto and the Kyuubi's conversation is the first step to Naruto truly mastering his potential as a jinchuuriki, which would put him up there with KB and the Hachibi.

The other big thing in this chapter was the harmony sign (or lack thereof). If you have seen the latest Naruto OVA that came out in early January (Naruto vs UT OVA), there is a scene where Naruto and Sasuke make the harmony symbol (it is near the end). Though the OVAs are not directly part of the manga or anime, I think it is too coincidental that the harmony sign shows up there and in this week's chapter. If you watch the end of the OVA, I believe that it represents the birth of Sasuke's EMS.

I think that Sasuke is going to turn against Madara and Kabuto during this war and use his EMS against them. IMO, Sasuke asked for Itachi's eyes not for crushing Naruto like he told Madara, but because what Naruto was saying to him after their last confrontation really shook him. The look on his face where Naruto says that he cares about him so much because he is still his friend was very open for someone who guards their facial expressions like Sasuke (page 14, chapter 486). Or, even if he asked for Itachi's eyes for the reasons he explained to Madara, I think that when he opens his new eyes and looks at the world through Itachi's eyes, things are going to be really different for him. His vision will be affected not only with how the world appears to him, but also how he perceives the world. Itachi's "vision" of the world was for it to be in peace. I think this will affect Sasuke's plans with Konoha, a village that Itachi was loyal to throughout his life.

It is my belief that Sasuke and Naruto will find harmony with each other through some way during this war, and then they can understand one another. Can't wait to see next week's chapter!

That would mean the end of naruto shippuden. Assume could become the ultimate antagonist to the protagonist to the story. The beast gets tamed and the world is in peace = end of story and beginning of more fillers. Assume has to be the bad guy for Naruto to be the good guy. Come on, is there anything bigger than the 10 tails in the naruto world? Moon-genjutsu maybe. But again it depends on the tailed beasts. The only thing that would stop assume would be itachi's power given to naruto. Naruto claims that they would die if they clash again. But what Could happen is if sasuke uses itachi's power against naruto it could get blocked by itachi's power given to naruto. The patter is clear, the students of the legendary Sanin take their master's paths. Sasuke killed his master, as did orochimaru. Jiraya loved tsunade, as naruto loves Sakura. Sasuke will be the antagonist in the Naruto 3, with kabuto playing the part of well, Kabuto from naruto 2. Sasuke would :flaw: kabuto and get him to senses. Naruto will prob hinata and produce byakugan using little Uzumakis. Random thoughts strung together .... Enjoy.

the reason why itachi gave some of his power to naruto is to somehow take control to the kyuubi... in a way that he can use the power of kyuubi.. if he fight sasuke and to counter attack its genjutsu.....

Looks like Naruto and Kyuubi have that Ash-Charizard relationship; Charizard wouldn't listen to Ash but eventually began to respect him and together they kicked butt

most likely. I have a feeling kishi is going to build the story a little more, but hopefully something progressive will come from this chapter instead of more backstory

its really amazing how naruto controlling the sage of the six paths seal, i mean with a single move from his hand he made the fox down,

and i guess the fox start to broke from the inside... he look desperate .

naruto is already immune to genjutsu in sage mode..... i think what itachi gave naruto are his spirit weapons.... Sword of totsuka and Yata mirror.... Sword of totsuka is most likely because it is for sealing... perfectly fits a decendant of the Uzumaki clan which specializes on Sealing techniques....
