hey guys! so i just joined so i was wondering what was the use of the (missing nin and s class ) i just dont get the difference could anybody help me ?

Kabuto would need the DNA of the SO6P in order to revive him. Kabuto wants to know all the secrets of the SO6P he already said that in one of the recent chapters. And clearly if Kabuto could have summoned SO6P then he would have definitely been unbeatable but I don't see this thing happening.
A missing nin is someone who abandoned or left their village. An S class ninja is basically a criminal wanted in one or more nations that has proven to be an extremely dangerous individual. I like chapter 522 but i have a question about the seven swordsmen of the mist why wasnt kisame summoned i know he was a member.

Kabuto's unknown summon from chapter 490. Given that he waves around that "sixth coffin" like his omniscient immunity license, I suspected he may try to use it to eliminate any personal attacks on his person. In all honesty, we have to be realistic and say that Kabuto's strength is derived entirely from Edo Tensei; take that technique away and it's not so difficult to defeat him anymore. Granted, he has another technique he claims to make himself invincible, but we've heard nothing of it so far; it's all hearsay at this point.

Hey all! Sorry I haven't been posting much lately.
Been trying to keep up on my reading though.
Some thoughts...
1.) Kabuto is after the secrets of the sage of the six paths, just like Madara.
This was unknown to us. I was not aware that Kabuto was on the hunt for So6P.
He told madara that he wanted the truth about ninjutsu. He kinda sorta lied.
This in a way, makes them enemies...they both are after the same thing.
He also has some sort of swaying power over Madara with his elusive 6th coffin. I still think the S06P is a possibility. Yet, I think that Madara himself or his brother would be more likely. I can't wait to see that one come out. HAH.
2.) Regardless of his overwhelming power with the edo tensei, kabuto is not a chump in other areas. He never has been. Don't underestimate his powers. He never loses his calm, and he stands in front of the lion and does not cower. That is not the actions of a poonpie.
3.) The other tech that Kabuto is refering to is probably some sort of rejuv jutsu like we've seen orochimaru use. When he pucks himself back up, anew. Even Sasuke used that tech to escape itachi's ameratsu. Maybe he has some sort of rejuv jutsu like tsunade where he can regen and rejuv himself. Could be something entirely new and unseen though... im excited for that too.
4.) The seven shinobi swordsmen are gonna lay down some pain!
I think that gaara may come and help Kakashi's team... They need someone with some serious power. Either that, or they will hold out as long as they can, beyond endurance, and then naruto and bee will show up to help. I guess the other option is that something happens to kabuto, but i dont see that happening...
5.) Can't wait for Sasuke to join the fray. Also, was very excited to see Jugo and Sugeitsu escape jail. They will probably come into play very soon. Maybe they will find Sasuke...

If haku wasnt undead that probably wouldve dropped him from the battle.

I believe that Kabuto, Madara and Zetsu are still unaware that Kisame has died and that's why he wasn't summoned. Here is a copy of one of my responses in a different thread in regard to a similar issue:

remember that kisame cannot be summoned.
he just recently died and kabuto does not have any of his DNA handy...
he died on the turtle island. and the only one to have been there yet was kabuto, but he real quickly went in and out to capture yamato. He doesnt have the dna for kisame, therefore kisame cannot be summoned...

Yes, you are right. At the very least, Kabuto does not have his DNA. The best chance he had to get some of it was when he ambushed the island to capture Yamato. However, I still think that the enemy is not aware of Kisame's death. I mean he was engaged in what could be considered the most undercover mission possible, so the enemy would be perfectly comfortable only getting one scroll of info after a long period of time like they did. When they received the scroll at the end of 511, I think most people assumed that they knew Kisame died as a result, but I think it is very possible they believe he is still undercover. HOW DID kabuto retrieve asuma DNA?? and hidden leaf kage DNA how did manage to pass hidden leaf guard.... even pain cant do that only Itachi....

An even better question is how he gained Dan's DNA, but don't forget that he was in the Hidden Leaf for a long period of time during the Chuunin exams, posing as a leaf Genin. I also have to assume that Kabuto has possession of all the DNA that Oro had access to who likely had access to any and all DNA Madara had access too. I mean Oro was researching and using DNA for decades, it is very possible he had a huge supply of samples from countless people.

i can answer it.
kabuto went to the spot where asuma died after he bled out.
i'm sure the leaf ninja took asumas body, but i doubt they took time to clean up his blood.
the amount that he bled out, would have been more than enough for kabuto to do his work...and its not surprising that kabuto was following the movements of 2 akatsuki on the hunt. he probably was watching them the whole time.
