since kishi has some say over the fillers, i am surprised that he didn't include raiga in the seven swordsmen. even if it was filler, i would have thought that if he is bringing back the seven swordsmen he might as well make use of the ones that have been introduced. but instead he just creates a new one instead of raiga. kabuto is getting rediculous with the shinobi that he is revived. i'm looking forward to seeing all of the swordsmen in action next chapter and looking forward to seeing how sugetsu and juugo are involved in everything now.

btw naruto and bee will just appear when everybody's life is in danger but not on this group (kakashi gai sakura and lee's)there will be somebody else who can help them... my prediction is that, naruto will come out when hinata was really on the moment of danger (near to death)... xdxd
sensei, goku cannot be summoned by kakashi, because that was kabuto's trump card... kameha meha vs resen-shuriken huh!

...a funtastic 5/5 chapter!!!
1. kakashi's genious came to play again. he didn't mean to "talk no jutsu" the summons. he meant to take his time to act. he knew that there would be a lot more than just the four summons in front of them. it was like kakashi was communicating with kabuto. it was sort of a chess game. kakashi read the summons' fight patterns first...though he kindda looked like surprised with the additional summons...he sure expected it.
...it is not that kakashi waits for some more casualties in the division...it is "fighting like a general" that he exhibits...
...then we will see the summons sent to oblivion -- by MS.
...manji formation rockssss!!!...the center weakness though was exposed by sakura... but it is a formidable traditional battle formation.
2. gai's preaching at its best...defend one to save more...with the presence of mind.
3. edo tensei is impure.... it is evil ...but it is still lame.
...in a sense...the "art is terribly strong". but the user is still and will forever be lame (at least for me)
...the thing now is that, kabuto wants to show his strength by letting "his summons" summon some more. damn lame...i'd rather see kabuto fight face to face than let him showcase his "summons' wares".
a. gari's exhibition is evil "to the max"...gory...but kabuto...lame, lame, lame..
b. what's with the grid and chips kabuto??? you are exposing your weakness...what experimentaions?, what study after the battle?...tell me straight you won't be what you want to be!!!
c. "that coffin" isn't in the level of "that jutsu" in terms of our excitement and anticipation. yes, that coffin would be a battle turning point...but the art is what we appreciate here -- not kabuto.

edo tensei is worthy as its first user...the succeeding pretenders are lame.

Jabz your pumped up xd lol its ok to be tho..I deff agree with you all kabuto is showing is just his research habbit. We know that hes a great researcher, but he hasn't done anything amazing since his first encounter with kakashi back in the hospital. Thats the kabuto I like... as for Edo Tensei, It's currently over kill at the moment, although I do like to see characters we haven't fully seen during the naruto season its still kinda cheesy to summon all of them tho..but anywho I agree with you on the fact of kabuto using oro chakara just to strengthen the jutsu, but yet he brags on surpassing both the 2nd and oro..blahh as kakashi said " Dont screw around with adults you little prick" and thats what kabuto's been duing the whole entire time. Can't wait till sasuke to put him in his place even tho im not a sasuke fan.

my bad that i really don't appreciate the art at its current conveyance...kindda have some experience with spirits...
kabuto is a nice personification of the art though...there is no one to replace him...
guess he is set up for the role--"overkill" as you put it.
...just that...we are seeing shinobis being killed now --- and kabuto is not wasted.
the time is ripe for sasuke to take part...jugo and suigetsu are shown already.
...kabuto must beware should he lays hand to these two...sasuke's gonna get him somehow...
madara, madara...where are you??? hehe..
...btw, nice elaboration of the 7 swordsmen of the mist yuki...
kakashi's division sure needs ibiki's services badly -- to end this group of summons...like how ibiki ended the swordsmen before...

The current kabuto doesn't even own my respect, as a shinobi you must fight your own battles not run away and play hide n go seek. I do however enjoy his ever so calming vibe. We never see him panic and that's why he plays a good role as a villan.
Ive been trying to figure out the actual risk of edou Tensei I reread chp 520 and found something interesting but can't decipher it because its japense lol

If we look at the bottom of the page we can see madara saying "This technique is to good to be true, it must have a risk" after that we see kabuto smerking and right after that we are shown a scroll with some writting on it..knowing kishi this scroll is a hint to stopping edou tensei otherwise why would he show just a scroll after madara said there must be a risk?

Kakashi (in thought): I don't want to destroy morale, but we're in a dangerous position. There's no way we’ll be able to battle all 10 of them. We might have to retreat; otherwise we'll be killed.
Kabuto: Now let's see how you'll fare against these. Things are looking so good right now I might not even have to use my ace up the sleeve. But he is waiting; I'll save him for a more worthy opponent.
Joint Army Ninja: It's really them...Paiken, Urabuto, Heyoshi, Zabuza, Harayana, Mantakagetsu, Taizun...the seven swordsmen of the Mist!
Joint Army Ninja #2: What do we do, general Kakashi? Do we really retreat?
Kakashi: ...We'll have to make do with what we've got. If we retreat, they'll only penetrate our forces deeper. Whatever happens, we must stop them here.
Meanwhile, Madara looks out toward the landscape. His Rinnegan provides him a full view of the battle taking place.
Madara: So he's summoned them. Kabuto, you truly inherited Orochimaru's cunningness, didn't you? But what you never realized is that I am always one step ahead. What you told me about Edo Tensei holds no actual value; the true counter to the technique is the one that you will die facing.
Taizun: This...Impure World Resurrection, no doubt. Though, whoever's in control of this technique would have made sure to summon Kisame, if he was going to bring us all back; I can't sense his presence anywhere, and that obviously means he’s dead.
Mantakagetsu: Konoha should have stopped toying with forbidden jutsu when it was told to do so. Now they're going to pay the price. They should've chased that goddamn Tobirama down to wherever he’s gone, if he isn't already dead and rotting in his grave.
Urabuto: I've been waiting to try my new technique; looks like these youngsters will be the first to witness it. So, I suppose the battle begins now.
While this is taking place, Kankuro's ambush squad comes across a frightening figure. Kankuro immediately gives the signal for everyone to stop in their tracks, and they too realize who it is nearby.
Sai: Isn't that-
Kankuro: Without a doubt. We've just stumbled upon a venomous snake...Kabuto. And now that we've crossed his path, we have no choice but to capture him. If we force him into ending the technique, we might possibly be able to-
Kabuto appears directly behind the squad.
Kabuto: Well, look what we have here.
Hoheto immediately attempts to go in for the kill by disabling Kabuto's chakra points, but Kabuto is faster, and a coffin separates the two of them.
Kabuto: Please, do remember to enjoy yourself.
The person in the coffin is unseen to the viewer, but Kankuro and his ambush squad have a shocked look on their faces, as the man steps out from the coffin onto the ground.

Yupz I am also not a Sasuke fan but I do want to see Sasuke putting Kabuto in his place.
this was a crazy chapter... indeed how the heck will kakashi and his squad survive this?? unless he uses his mangekyo... and i think that naruto will somehow appear in next manga.. seeing as suigetsu and jugo showed up out of nowhere.. and its about time for a sasuke to appear to... curious abt his new mangekyo.......

The Seven Swords Men? like the joint shinobi forces didn't have enough to deal with already! unless Kakashi has a new dimensional jutsu to warp those summons away in an instant there in big trouble! plus Kakashi can't sustain his MS for a long period of time.... Oh boy, Oh boy!
