kakashi's group is getting weaker, the previous 7 swordsmen has been summoned,,, haku, paku and gari are untoppable too, what a tragedy if this group have no back-up... let see if gai, lee, sakura and kakashi can do something incredible about this situation...

Great post everyone. It would take me forever to write to you all and to Jabz great post's I enjoy your organization and clarity.

Now getting back to Naruto. While Kabuto is on his Edo summoning rampage, there should have been a few members of konoha included in that line up..All these ppl are dead to my assumption.

1st. We have no other but Konoha's white fang aka Kakashi's dad. This would have been a great time for Kishi to show us what he can do. If he fought against Kakashi the battle would of been a good one.

2nd. Konohamru's father aka asuma's brother. During the entire season of naruto we have heard nothing about Konohamru's dad. It is said that the Sarutobi clan where gifted with mastering high level jutsu's. For ex Konohamaru learned Rasengan which is an A rank jutsu. Asuma was apart of the 12 monks and Sarutobe Hiruzen was consider the God of Shinobi. To Kishi, if I were you, this would have been a great time to show us Konohamaru's dad. Im sure hes just as strong as his brother asuma and his dad Hiruzen.


3rd. The 3rd person I would have like to see revive would have been no other but Hashirama's son aka tsunade's father. Considering hes Hashirama's son, im sure he inherited some of his father's strong chakara and abilities..Also, his mother Uzumaki Mito was the fist jinchuuriki of the 9tails. He would have been another person I would love to see in this war because of his fathers strenght and chakara and the uzumaki's sealing abilities..he would be just as old or around the age of the 3rd Hokage.

Anywho, this is just some characters I would have thought Kishi would have shown us during this battle. As for something to check out, if you haven't been to leafninja.com to see there site, I would deff check it out. They have lots of information about the naruto series and they do a great job with organizing the information.

I would have to say a lot of what you have to say is insightful, but I disagree with you about the bonds. We see a similar bond like the one Naruto and sasuke share between jiraiya and Orochimaro. The goofy teamate, and the serious teammate who craves power and strength. Also the way Jiraiya tries to bring back orochimaro is similar to naruto and sasuke, don't you agree??

yo toadsage4eva! i kinda liked your similarity premise in “jiraiya-oro” and “Naruto-sasuke” bonds. let me sight the differences for you and i’ll await your enumerated similarities as well,

differences as follow..

1. jiraiya never wanted to be a hokage, oro did. naruto wanted to be a hokage, sasuke did not mention any ambition..yet. first clear difference.
2. jiraiya failed to bring back oro. jiraiya is one sided to feel that “oro is a friend” until oro cut the comrade-ship by attacking konoha. Naruto is still “in the thick” of a successful “never give up attitude” to bring back his friend – sasuke. second..
3. oro always felt he was stronger than jiraiya. sasuke at some instances admitted Naruto is getting stronger than him. oro treated jiraiya a goof, while sasuke respected Naruto’s status as a teammate.

there are certain similarities as well..but i’d like you to tell me what they are aside from what you posted. thanks for considering my insights.

nice theory man i tottaly agree.. but I still believe sasuke was stronger that day.. an i honestly believe this time they fight naruto will be stronger because back then his resolve wasn't as strong as sasuke's.. also he didn't know pain.. now that he know's true pain i believe he will be stronger than sasuke and madara at the end.

yes i do agree with you that Naruto will be stronger this time than sasuke, and even stronger than madara. and this will be because of itachi’s gift to Naruto back then.
though we differ in opinion during Naruto-sasuke’s battle in the valley of death, i see concurrence in you that sasuke still treats Naruto as a friend at this manga-point in time.

if i may...

1. recent edo tensei summons
2. the emotional group
3. the sixth coffin

1. the recent summons are born losers. kakashi's division will sustain casualties. but the shinobi alliance is one big talented group. "reinforcements composed of winners will surely come". this is the reason why i root for the shinobis in this current skirmish. and the alliance will maintain the upperhand their ambush squad first had.

edo tensei is one great art. but the caster who plays it must live to the expectations. the caster is the "risk" for the art. if the caster is weak, then we clearly see the "weakness".
kabuto must fight and show he is strong enough to withstand gruelling barrage of techs. yes, he is calm and the way he implements the spell is spellbinding. but his definition of a warrior is a far cry to that of a valiant nin.
he must show us "that tech" he boasts of -- then he has a fan in me.

2. the "emotional group" is another worthy observation. just that, if the control kabuto elicits in the storylines continues..."talk no jutsu" will not be essential. kabuto must be weakened. then the emotional group will be easy to free.

3. "the 6th coffin" --- this is a very good discussion point.
a. who is he?
b. can he really be summoned?
c. why is madara "concerned" with this summon?

**a.1. he could be the so6p
**a.2. he could be madara himself

***b.1. yes, kabuto could have had the so6p's dna. "BONES" carry dna for thousands of years. especially if the body was preserved like the egyptian mummies. dna could be obtained from the "bones" and hairs. orochimaru could have had a vast collection ranging from the so6p, so6p's sons so on and so forth. kabuto could be the new owner of such precious dnas.
***b.2. there are complex ideas and discussions re tobi, re madara and tobimadara, or even tobirama. but the most important identity by far is "madara" himself.
i really believe that madara aims to complete "this mystery" soon. and this would be larger than kabuto's life and death and soul.

c.
...is "madara" concerned of fighting his own self. of course, he must be!!! "no two same identities can be in same place at same time." -- a basic science principle. if madara fights his own self --- then, he knows he will experience "time/space" jutsu like no other else. he would be considered a "non-identity" -- he will surely vanish in thin air and be gone forever should their bodies engage in contact.

..madara's brother won't pose any problem. madara is the stronger uchiha.

..so6p's eldest son won't pose the same problem, as we knew from the start that madara is the strongest uchiha and decendant of the elder sibling who ever lived.

..so6p's younger son and the senju's origin would not pose any problem as well. this younger sibling's powers were upgraded trough generations. and madara could take him head on.

..THE SO6P IS ONE DEADLY SUMMON...NARUTO AND THE WHOLE SHINOBI ALLIANCE COMBINED WOULD REALLY FIND IT DIFFICULT TO CONTAIN...BUT THE GOOD GUYS SURELY WOULD DEFEAT HIM AND SEND HIM TO HIS PROPER PLACE...THAT IS CERTAIN.
..imagine madara facing a summoned so6p --- madara will have the fight of his life.

nice post.........but i dot think mystery edo is sage...

if u think back kabuto told madara that he would capable, had he had some form of dna, be able to summon the so6p,the six paths of pain,j-man,danzou, and shisui

so its not the sage or he wouldn't have said that after showing it to him.....so he's out of the question


now i want to believe its the real madara but that wouldn't be possible if he is still alive as his soul cant be summoned from the pure world......unless of course madara isn't really madara

now i have always thought tobi was madara in obito's body(dont need any debate on this i have heard it all) and even if that was the case, he still wouldnt be able to summon him for same reasn as before

so i think u can rule out those two

and about the konoha edo who's face hasn't been shown i stated that it was probably white fang......but i thought of another that would have a good effect on kakashi's pcyche, rin..

And felas plase i got another question, what is the power that uchiha itachi shared with naruto and do you think my dear shikamaru would survive this war cos he might wana act out of character and play the hero, and the commanding general kazekage garaa am so wanting to she him in action, and what is the role of thr kages in this war, dont they know any large scale binding technique that they could use in binding souls on a large scale?

hey dont forget Guy sensei. He's really powerful when he's in gates mode and the swordsmen have no weapons so they're not that powerful.
