Kabuto was an akatsuki spy, and a spy in many other villages too... He could have DNA from everybody in Akatsuki. So thats probably where he got DNA from Itachi and Nagato.

If that's the case then it isn't Kabuto. The thing is only Sasori knew that Kabuto was his spy no one from Akatsuki knew. So it must have been Orochimaru, he was in Akatsuki for quite some time so he must have taken the DNAs hell he also learned a bit about Madara's plan, that's why Kabuto knows all these stuffs and every time Madara curses Orochimaruxd.

1- As we know that every technique requires chakra, and there is a limit for everyone, so i doubt he can summon them for a very long time.....
2- And also the fact that the summonee can be defeated if the caster of the technique(kabuto) is killed.... That's pretty much obvious...
So guys, what do you say???

The DNA is needed for Impure World Resurrection so I don't think that Kabuto will get DNA of the SO6P who died a LONG time ago. The last person in the coffin must be someone else.

Kabuto was scared of fighting against the Rinnegan if he wished he could have summoned all the dead guys and then fight Madara but he didn't do it. So there must be a weakness of the Edo Tensei technique which Kabuto feared that Madara will find out and beat him.

yea dude i was thinking the same thing ever since he summoned itachi!!! how the hell will itachi be defeated???? the only way i see him being defeated is the same way sasori was, but that means sasuke would prolly have to come into the pic, but itachi with his unbeatable susanoo and amaterasu??? dude cant be stopped now

If the technique was invented by the 2nd Hokage, then in theory it would be written down in the scroll of forbidden jutsu that only the Hokages have access to. So, also in theory, Tsunade knows how it works and passed on that info to the leaders of the joint shinobi army.
