[Predictions] Naruto Manga Chapter 516 Discussion and 517 Predictions

Hum...maybe. but i believe it has more to do with Yasakani no Magatama (search on wikipedia) that itachi might (and its a conjecture) have given to naruto. It is said to have the power to purify. So, i believe that naruto will purify the corpses with his presence and they're soul will be release...but not until they kill and do some (a lot) of damage...

I also think that Naruto will be the key to breaking the Edo Tensei I mean so far Edo Tensei don't seem to have any sort of great weakness but there must be just like for every tech. Gaara really rocks he is now the third coolest character in the manga after Jiraiya and Kakashi that's my view

God Gaara is hopeless; his obsession with Naruto is almost embarrassing. This chapter had the enemy disperse and the commander addressing his troops, nothing extraordinary.

The way some of you reply to a fictional character speech is very worrying!

that mark is the hyuuga branch family seal. This seal is attached to the members of the Hyuuga Branch Family. Is is placed on the family member at birth to ensure the secrets of the Byakugan do not fall into enemy hands. It also ensures the Branch member follows the orders of the Main House. When the seal is placed on the Branch members forehead, their mind can be destroyed by a hand seal known only by the Main family.
the one in the manga is kinda different from the one in the anime.
It was talked about in the chunnin exams.

Tobi is not Madara, just a body being used by him. The former Misukage says " I see the only ones left (from the Akatsuki) are Zetsu and my replacement Tobi"
so Tobi's just a body being used for 100 percent sure

You seem to have misunderstood what sasori was saying...he was referring to tobi as HIS REPLACEMENT you know.. the guy who took his (sasori's) place since he got killed. that is what he meant by my replacement. Has nothing to do with whether it is the real tobi or fake madara or whatever!!!!

That's probably that seal which the Byakugan head family members put on the branch family members so enemy people don't get info of byakugan from that person.

thats neji's dad hizashi, thats the same symbol neji has on his forehead that means hes from a lower branch of the hyuga clan.

deidara probobly told him or he knew that deidara was gonna be a replacement for one of them before he died but im gonna go with deidara or madara telling him

the mark on his fore head is a sigh that he is from the branch family of the Hyuga clan its a curse mark from the main family of Hyuga to have a full control on the branch clan. you can read it way back in chunin exam naruto vs neji

im so excited to see when time comes that naruto & bee enter the scene with their new power... my prediction madara vs naruto & bee after that sasuke vs naruto one on one... mmmmm for sure there are a lot of drama will happen when this time will come... but thats what i love about naruto manga, comedy, drama, action, strategy, love triangle, determination, courage, jutsu's, bond, friends, training.... kukuku and arts... xd

I agree. The cliffhangers kill me!! I thought Gaara's speech was cool. He is kinda obsessed with Naruto though.

This was not that great of a chapter, especially compared to the last one. I rated a three Gaara's speech was alright but I think it will totally sound alot better in the anime. That way his actor can add real emotion. Basically everyone just kind of peaced out. Now the next chapter, thats going to be awesome! Awesome fighting and amazing reunions that will cause psychological trauma! Oh yeah!

Oh, and Deidara made me lawl. A "gaint bullseye". AH! So true Deidara, so true xD That had my inner SasoDei fangirl screaming :ghehe:

Ya the whole thing with Sasori was a bit confusing. If Deidara or madara told him about his replacement than we would have seen it in the manga. The fact that he called madara tobi means he's most likely referring to the persona we got used to before finding out tobi was Madara. It was implied that zetsu was acquainted with tobi very early on but I didn't think that applied to all the Akatuski members.

I guess the best explanation is that tobi was somewhat involved with akatsuki for a while before we met him and all the members were under the assumption that he was to replace the first one to die/ leave the organization.

The other thing was that Sasori said that he can see that only tobi and zetsu are left which means he knew everyone else had died. Then why would he yell at deidara saying "I'll kill you!" if he already knew he was dead? Maybe he said it out of emotion for his art, temporarily forgetting that deidara is now dead too. I see these as more oversights than anything, but it doesn't make much difference since we already knew those things being reiterated by Sasori.

As for the troop movement, we have yet to see Nagato do anything. Looks like Kabuto may be holding Nagato back to participate in the fight later, should be good. Maybe he will be able to revive defeated edo tensei victims lol.

I predict Naruto and Bee busting through the battle field kicking arse. but i dont think Bee fully knows whats going on. When they all first went to the island Bee thought his brother sent him on a vacation. Remember its not just Naruto they're trying to protect but also Bee. Both Gaara and Tsuanade knew that if Naruto knew about the war that despite anybodys wishes he would jump in and the Raikage said that Bee would do the same. But it seems like Bee is starting to figure out that something is going down even though Naruto apparently stays oblivious. Both of them are soon gunna find out but i think Naruto still has more training to master his "new power" (idk wat that thing is wen he goes in flames and has the seal on his body?!?! some ppl call it Path of Six Sage Mode but dat makes no sense!!!!!)

anyways.......... to all the people that keeps talking about the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, Kushina, Jaraiya, Kisame, Danzo, Madra's brother, and even freakin Obito being ressurected go jump in traffic wit a pickle up yo butt (to add insult to injury) cuz its been explained multiple times. how many times u ask? OVER 9000!!!xd srry couldnt resist

But back to chapter 516: it was epic. goosebumps all over. excited about finally getting to see some ppl coming back to life and seeing what they can do like: The Ressurected Hosts!!! only got to see a lil bit of the 2 tailed host. wanna see the others in action. Also DAN, Tsunades BF!! Someone earlier made an awesome point that Dan gotta be strong cuz 1: HES TSUNADES OLD BF!!! "gotta be a man to handle her" and 2: Kabuto wouldnt waste his time ressurecting him if he wasnt strong. he did want to be hokage. he probably was well on his way to before he died.

cant wait to see asuma back in action. Kabuza and Haku. KIMIMARU!!!! um Itachi and Nagato!! etc etc blah blah im talking too much

one more thing tho am i the only one who really really cant wait to see the outcome of Sasuke's and Naruto's overdued rematch?! wease:

Main Points.
- Gaara's Speech
- The 'deads' have their memories/personalities with them.
- Indirect explanation of edo tensei.
- Kages being so confident, but I wonder where is Mizukage?
