About the whole senju and uchiha blood....
The SO6P passed his will to two brothers (and after reading the chapter were madara explains it, i got the impression that they weren't SO6P sons), they were the ones that originated the whole shinobi world. Even if there were more shinobi at that time, those two would mix with others shinobi clans, those with others, and so on... Since the uchiha are a more closed clan, they mixed less, staying more pure. or so to speak. Senju blood (lets call the blood of the younger brother) mixed with a number of clans. The clan Uzumaki problaby has antescestry in that blood. Senju were just the clan were that blood manifested the most... But one can assume for example that byakugan is a misture of uchiha and another clans blood. And nagato could have been the son of madara and a uzumaki woman for example. and having both sides of the SO6P gave him the rinnegan. Thus making madara do the claim that the rinnegan was his to start with.
Just remember that there were two bloodlines that started all of the others... So senju blood and uchiha blood can be in almost all the clans, ones with more strengh than in the others but still....
Besides, its more like two oposite forces... to be a senju you don't have to be able to control wood or the biju...tsunade is senju and she doesnt...
But hey, its only a way of seeing things...
I agree with almost all that you said.
Shinobi seems weak but if you look closely, it really has the upper hand. But this is based on a big IF.
- IF kabutos abilities are limited to what we've seen so far. IF he has something more than EdoTensei up his sleeve, then it's hard to say... Besides, he can wait in the shadows, far from the battle and let his "edotenseisummonedsouls" (lol) fight in the from lines. And since they themselves are invincible, kabuto must know that they will target him. So he won't be easy to beat. This is the bigger question. Is kabutos big ability edotensei? is he able to do something else that decides the course of the battle? He fled against 8 tails, 9 tails, yamato, tchusikage and his two aids, etc. These (with exception of yamato) will be in the battles so...if he fled them, he must know that he will lose against them...and thats not taking in to acount all the others that will be in the battle. But its a long shot.
But there are many other ifs and question marks:
- what are the zetsus clones capable of? when they appeared in the summit, they were easily defeated and disabled by oonoki and the others...
- is the battle the whole purpose that madara wishes to accomplish? I have a gut feeling that the whole battle isn't more than a diversion for something else. Of course his objective is to gain control over the last two jinchuriki...but does he really think he can do it with this fight? I mean, he never tried to do anything so open...so...why now? he could wait...and use kabuto to try and catch either of them...or even to individually kill the kages and further weakening the hidden villages...it seems rushed...
- will sasuke join the battle and in what side?
-What the hell will madara be able to do with the rinnegan?
-were is the rest of Hawk? will they be in what side?
All of these influence if "shinobi" can win against akatsuki.
I really believe that shinobi has the upper hand...but surprises will come...and we haven't seen what madara can really do...his battle with minato... the whole arm thing that he grew back...amaterasu burning him and then he appears untouched... I'm starting to believe that madara is madara but not madara... well...what if he uses a zetsu white clone and controls it from a distance? so that he can spare his real self...I mean, why didn't he transplant both rinnegan? if that were the real him, he would have transplanted both in him... He didn't...he has one stored, and used one on that clone...and a sharingan...that's why we haven't seen his EMS powers yet...that clone doesn't have them... And it would make sense... Zetsus white side was created by harashisamas cells...and with the sharingan and the rinnegan in that body...well, he would virtually have both sides of the SO6P...so he would be able to do all of the techniques...also, he used izanagi with konan...so it means that he has the 1st blood/body in him. If it is a white clone controled from afar by him, this starts to make sense. And if so, even the whole battle isn't against madara and as such...he could appear anytime to turn the tide...

yes, i really think the shinobi alliance will have the upper hand with or without the 2 perfect hosts and with or with out the conditions if and only ifs.

your so6p bloodline descendants' thoughts are very inviting. it is like the adam and eve of the bible or the vampires and werewolves stories.
the uchiha clan descendants were the protectionists type--very japanese culture.
the senju clan shinobis were the melange of the clans as the opposite of the uchiha. yes, they are opposites. opposites attract, then if the attraction happens = so6p dna.
we still need to know more of the so6p after Naruto becomes the so6p. we can't rely on what madara told sasuke. madara is a liar.
the way i see things, we could discuss the paths again someday.
as for, kabuto and madara hiding in the dark waiting for an ambush controlling those hapless summons and zetsus -- the talented shinobi divisions will get to locate them. even going after a fleeing evil tandem, the allied shinobi force is more than capable of finishing them off (i am just waiting for creative posters to do so).
yes, kabuto's main weapon so far is edo tensei. his snake like feature is vulnerable as orochimaru's. his monster-like feature wont scare of a hinata's byakugan. Naruto's cloak will send this monster shredding and go for an eternal hibernation. kabuto will again "flee" as you said. kabuto is a born retreat- boy. he wont fight to the end like a dignified shinobi. very serpentish.
the many ifs...madara's rinnegan by far is not as promising as sasuke's unseen eyes. the zetsu's capabilities are still unknown...
madara's izanagi is a draining jutsu -- a defense jutsu similar to susanoo.
i like your qurery re sasuke...will he be fighting for which side?
an honest answer would be..i don't know. this is like saying Naruto and bee will not fight for the allied forces because they won't be permitted to do so.
i hope he fights for the alliance.
this thought is more than just reading between the lines. sasuke was just shown with bandages with zetsu on the look-out; just as Naruto is being trained by bee in the island landed in the rocklands --whoahhh what a rhyme.
should sasuke fight for the evil tandem, oh my oh my...it will be a different story.
but yes, the alliance will have the upper hand and they will win this first tide of the war.
it is just the "aliance's true abilities of winning"-- we have to wait a bit longer though.
