I agree with you on sending a detailed message about Madara's abilities to the Ninja Alliance, but placing a final safeguard on the Rinnegan just doesn't seem very likely to me. If Madara is unable to have the Rinnegan in his possession by the next chapter, then it will turn out that this part of the arc will become redundant in the later parts of the story, for Madara will again have to make another attempt to get Nagato's eyes, this time hoping to be successful.I'm not even talking about her surviving. I've come to terms with that, but if she dies without accomplishing something lasting (Sending a message detailing madara's abilities, or booby trapping the rinnenegan, something or anything) then her death really seems like a complete loss. She needs at least one last shot against madara, something lasting, not just costing him one of at the least 63 sharingans he had.
My theory on the next chapter is, Madara gets the Rinnegan, while a critical exchange of information occurs on both sides; Madara gets the scroll Kisame sent with his final summoned shark, while the Ninja Alliance gets a last message from Konan describing Madara's Izanagi technique. Upon both processing the equally important message, total war breaks out between the Ninja Alliance and Akatsuki (whatever is left of it). And on it goes.
By the way, as for the Sharingan eyes in Madara's laboratory, I counted around 104 (I might be off by about two or three, so feel free to correct me if you wish).
